FUNCIONARIA ! nome Letícia, pessoa totalmente despreparada atende com rispidez ,grosseira e ainda se fez de desentendida quando pedi nota fiscal quando concordou em me dar a nota disse que eu teria q esperar a disposição da prefeitura para liberar a nota! Nunca vi isso na minha vida. Me senti constrangido ....acho q esse tipo de pessoa não está apta a trabalhar num hotel deste porte. Lamentável.
