Excellent hotel.great location .Amazing view .
Pros:

The view !! Sea and beach either side .Amazing location ,close to bars and restaurants!

Cons:

The food . It wasn’t labelled so hard to find out what it was without asking . No vegan options that I could see ,very limited vegetarian options but that’s my personal preference. Would probably eat out next time .

Hôtel idéalement situé, parfait pour un séjour de mi-saison.
Pros:

Emplacement idéal à deux pas de la mer, avec une vue magnifique.
Terrasse et piscine agréable.
Gros plus pour le sauna.
Buffet varié avec toujours a minima des choses simples comme des pâtes pour satisfaire tous les appétits. Super petit déjeuné.

Cons:

Piscine intérieure et bassin a remous non chauffées donc pas agréable de se baigner (fin octobre)
Hammam beaucoup beaucoup trop chaud.
Mal insonorisé : ont entendait les gens monter dans les escaliers, parler, rire, a toute heures de la nuit ; on a même perçu des bruits venant d'autres chambres.
Pour un hotel 4 étoiles il n'y pas normal a mon sens de devoir payer pour le petit coffre de sécurité dans la chambre, et pour avoir accès à des serviettes pour la piscine.

The location is fantastic, right on top of the beach. The entertainment is fine.

Cons:

There is no spa nor spa treatments, contrary to what is on the site. Also, the food was mostly uninteresting and underwhelming. And very repetitive.

Praktisch und gutes Preis Leistungsverhtnis.
Pros:

Dass es nah am Meer ist und nah an Palma/ Flughafen.
Grosses Frühstücksbuffet.
Der Strand war top. Im September kosten 2 Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm 22.50.
Sehr netter Beachboy (opa)

Cons:

Der Pool war total überfüllt. Nirgends ein freier Platz.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist 1A

Cons:

„Wir geben’s zu: Wir sind auf die vielen 5-Sterne-Bewertungen hereingefallen. Heute wissen wir – die ehrlichen 1-Stern-Bewertungen hätten uns ein realistischeres Bild vermittelt. Die klingen zwar hart, aber sie liegen deutlich näher an der Wahrheit als jede Lobeshymne.

Die Lage:
Ja, traumhaft. Sandstrand, Meerblick, Sonne pur – perfektes Postkartenmotiv. Leider endet das Urlaubsparadies genau dort, wo der Hotelalltag beginnt.

Sauberkeit & Hygiene – Dauerproblem:

Tische im Poolbereich sind schon morgens klebrig, mit Gläsern und Aschenbechern vom Vortag. Die bleiben dekorativ bis spätabends stehen.

Restaurant: Frisch eingedeckte Tische sind so selten wie ein Sechser im Lotto. Besteck und Servietten muss man sich oft selbst zusammensuchen.

Salz- und Pfefferstreuer? Verklebt, verkrustet, und bei Benutzung hat man oft mehr an den Fingern als im Essen.

Allgemein: Schmutz in Fluren, Ecken und auf Oberflächen – und zwar durchgehend.

Essen & Getränke – Sattwerden ohne Freude:

Salate oft welk oder braun, Gemüse wirkt wie „von gestern“. Würze: Fehlanzeige, frische Kräuter unbekannt.

Cappuccino am Morgen? Gibt’s nur solange Milch vorhanden ist – Nachfüllen scheint keine Option zu sein.

Getränkequalität: Die „Säfte“ sind billiger Sirup mit Wasser, so künstlich, dass man sich fragt, ob das gesund ist. Softdrinks schmecken nicht wie Originalware, sondern nach billigstem Konzentrat.

Service – oder besser: Selbstbedienungshotel:
Wer hier erwartet, dass er beim Frühstück einen Kaffee gebracht bekommt, am Pool ein Kaltgetränk oder beim Abendessen ein Glas Wein an den Tisch – der wird enttäuscht. Service im klassischen Sinne existiert nicht.
Getränke gibt es ausschließlich am Automaten oder an der Theke. Wer Durst hat, braucht gesunde Beine, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Und ja – ab und zu räumt mal jemand den Dreck hinter einem weg. Aber ein Serviceerlebnis, wie man es in Hotels gewohnt ist, gibt es hier definitiv nicht.
