Las 3 estrellas están en las horteradas de los pasillos. Las habitaciones son de hostal de 35 euros

El señor es serio pero agradable. Eso me gusta. Al menos tuvo el detalle de preguntarme "qué tal la noche" cosa que casi ningún recepcionista de hotel pregunta. Así q eso lo agradecí pero me hubiera gustado decirle "bien" pero no pude.

Cons:

La primera habitación tenía una gotera al lado de la cama. Una gotera seria de las que cae una gota cada pocos segundos. Inmediatamente bajé a decírselo y me dieron otra, la de al lado. Y resulta que me dicen que la persiana no se puede bajar (ventana de techo, en un ático, sin cortina) así q ante tales habitaciones tan fantásticas por 70 euros la noche, entre "gotera al lado de la cama" y "despertador solar de techo" me decidí por la segunda opción. Si ya mi cabreo era mediano, cuando bajé un rato a la calle y volví a subir, la llave(tarjeta) de mi habitación,no abría. Bajé y me dieron otra. Subí y no abría. Bajé y me dieron una tarjeta maestra (no me hizo ni gracia porque si pasaba algo la responsabilidad era mía) y.... sorpresa!!! No abría!! Bajé con mi mejor cara de "me estoy tragando todo el cabreo porque soy educada" y me dieron una cuarta llave q sí abría. A todo esto, me molestaron petando a la puerta y cuando salí me dijeron "no sabía si ya estabas dentro, perdón" a lo q yo me pregunto a quién le importaba eso si la habitación ya estaba limpia de sólo un par de horas antes... En fin. El armario medía literalmente 120 cm de alto, la nevera estaba desenchufada y ni un triste agua de cortesía (hotel de 3 estrellas) y por su puesto nadie me pidió perdón por la gotera, ni por darme otra habitación también rota (la persiana) ni me rebajaron nada . Se limitaron a "ah, vale, hay goteras, te doy este churro a cambio y pista" He estado en hoteles de 35 euros mil veces mejores. Los pasillos llenos de cosas caras, armaduras, esculturas, cosas medievales y caras pero ....las habitaciones?? Una porquería. Feas, rancias, defectuosas (las dos q yo usé) y con olor a viejuno. He pagado 72 euros por dormir mirando un cuadro caro en la pared. Nunca más. Menos lujo en el pasillo y más arreglar las habitaciones. No queremos dormir en el pasillo. Queremos dormir en las habitaciones y q nuestro armario no sea tamaño lavadora.

Il rumore di acqua durante la notte. Era come se qualcuno aprisse e lasciasse scorrere l'acqua a cadenza regolate e quindi non potuto dormire bene.
