Че стаите постоянно се почистват.

Cons:

Персонала беше много добре с изключение на част от оберкелнерите. Постоянно ни досаждаха като искаха през 1 м.да взимат чинии и чаши от масата, които не бяха свободни. И най-разочароващото беше, че бяхме едни от малкото българи в хотела, а учудващо за нас нямаше парко място отпред. И се наложи да платим 75 евро за паркинг. А ми бяха изпратили мейл, че името се е сменило на хотел Diamond-free parking. И кое му е free-то питам?!

Cons:

Some staff were a little abrupt esp the pool man when he was telling you the pool was closed at 6pm. I travel all over the world and ive never known a pool close at 6 pm esp when the sun didnt go down till after 9pm and pool man was very abrupt getting you to leave.
Also i wanted a late check out. I was told no problem its possible the day before check out but i was told i couldnt oay for it the day b4 but i had to go down at 10 am on the morning of check out. That defeats hhe object as i wanted a lie in as was having a late night the night before as late kick off for a world cup natch.

Здравейте,стаите са големи и хубави,храната е достатъчна и разнообразна,за Аниматорите -двете сладурани Дони и Рая измисляха разнообразни игри и забавления,не ни оставиха за миг.Като цялостно преживяване останахме много доволни.

Peste așteptări, raport foarte bun preț calitate.
Pros:

A fost peste așteptări.
Personal amabil, curățenie zilnica in camera, program pt copii in fiecare seară cu animatoarele hotelului, caraoke, picturi pe față...etc. Poziționare bună fata de plaja, câteva minute de mers pe jos. Piscine cu apa curata, mâncare ok.

Cons:

Am stat la et 6 si uneori erau probleme cu unul din cele 2 lifturi. Am urcat si coborât de câteva ori pe jos dar scările erau ușoare.
Cu cateva zila înainte de vacanta am fost contactat pe mail de cineva sa refac plata cu toate ca era achitat pe booking, evident teapa :)))).

Отдых превзошел все мои ожидания. Начиная с ресепшн, дали номер с видом на бассейн. Иван с ресепшн проследовал с нами и показал номер, номер был большой, каждый день убирали, меняли полотенца и простыни. Особая благодарность Фатиме за уборку. Читая предыдущие отзывы очень боялась за качество еды, но это было напрасно. Питание разнообразное, всё свежее и на любой вкус. Особая благодарность поварам за их труд. Море рядом пешком 10 мин. по центральной аллее. Развлечения для детей в отеле мне кажется мало. Анимация слабая, сводится к водному футболу редко, аэробика, рисование, батут и каждый вечер для детей танцы под одну и туже музыку. Хотелось бы для детей больше вечерних активных игр. В целом отель очень хорош. Рекомендую для посещения.👍👍🤗

Pros:

Dobili smo veoma veliku, lijepu, čistu sobu sa pogledom na bazen. Soba je bila veoma lijepa kao i terasa. Dva bazena i animatori su bili sjajni, pogotovo Raya. Što se tiče samog smještaja smo veoma zadovoljni.

Cons:

Nama je hrana je bila ok, za tu vrijednost novca, ali mi se nije dopalo što se par puta desilo da se pojave kajsije, lubenice ili određeni kolači i vrlo brzo nestanu i potom ih nema više. Nakon nekoliko dana su to popravili, ali prva tri dana nije bilo tako. Šankeri nisu znali da naprave moktel, tj. bezalkoholni koktel, a bilo je dovoljno da samo izostave alkohol. Ranije sam bio u Kalina Garden hotelu koji je malo bolji hotel od Diamonnd hotela, samo zato što su se malo više potrudili oko hrane i pića i žao mi je što Diamonnd može da bude u tom rangu samo kada bi malo više uložio u hranu i piće, jer enterijer i eksterijer nisu drugačiji od Kalina Garden, jedino je lokacija drugačija.
