Pros:

No acolhimento muito simpático e profissionais, o sítio é muito bom, ao lado do Rossio de Viseu.

Cons:

Garagem tem!! Para um carro pequeno manobrar é complicado e para um carro grande quase impossível por causa dos postes. O hotel é muito velho e precisa de uma frescura, mesmo no quarto a cheiro de esgoto o pequeno-almoço não a muito a escolha e os produtos são das grandes superfícies.

Somewhat dated, nothing fancy, but a solid offer especially if you come by car
Pros:

A good choice for a a stay-over in Viseu, especially if you come by car. Nothing to get you really excited but also nothing that really disappointed. The hotel is somewhat old-fashioned in various aspects and showed some signs of age, but everything worked well and we liked the experience for the price

On the positive side, we had a friendly reception, good water pressure in the shower, large beds for Portuguese standards which we found quite comfortable, and the option to leave our car in a garage closed at night. If that hadn't worked it looked like streetparking would be easy to find close-by. The bathrooms have been clearly designed some decades ago and showed some signs of long wear and tear but everything was clean and there was a well-working shower where some more modern hotels give you drip-feed spray. The location is neither beautiful nor ugly, various restaurants are close-by and our night with window open was quiet. The breakfast, included in the price, was better than expected after some reviews. Nothing great for sure, but I have had clearly worse in other normal hotels.

We liked Viseu and would definitely consider this hotel again as a fairly-priced, solid option to stay.

Cons:

While very convenient, the garage can be difficult to navigate for all but the easiest to access places even if you know your car well or have all the modern helpers. We helped another guest to get the car in place which was really a question of navigating within a few centimeters of rough concrete columns to be able to turn.

Rapidez no Check-in/Check-out.
Quarto espaçoso.
Localização, encontrasse numa subida no entanto é central.

Cons:

Começando pela entrada, nao ha rampa para ajudar com o carrinho de bebé.
Não ha informação turística.
O elevador é demsaiado pequeno. Mal cabia o carrinho de bebe.
Só havia 2 almofadas pequenas para 3 pessoas.
Da janela, podíamos ver os outros quartos.
A casa de banho cheirava imenso a água choca.
O secador de cabelo nao funcionava.
Novamente no quarto, nao havia qualquer informação de menu/pequeno-almoço ou outras disponibilidades do hotel.
O barulho torna impossível a dormida, ficamos com o quarto ao lado do elevador de serviço, ouvíamos tudo durante a noite/madrugada. Se alguém falasse no corredor, parecia que estávam ao nosso lado.
O pequeno almoço foi muito fraco. As bebidas eram todas de maquina, nao havendo nem um sumo natural. As frutas ja estava maduras de mais. A escolha em si era pouca.

Para o preço é um hotel de 3 estrelas poderia estar melhor até humidade tinha no teto do quarto

O quarto em si era espaçoso para duas pessoas

Cons:

A janela da varanda do lado de dentro estava com teias de aranha o que deu para ver que não era limpo a uns tempos e mesmo depois enquanto lá estive ainda continuou a teia de aranha na janela. E tinha pouco papel higiénico na casa de banho.
