Fantastic hotel!
Pros:

It was amazing! The room (with balcony and city view) was spotless clean, beautiful view over the city…

Cons:

A bit far from town centre (taxi is expensive) walking down by the wineries is a long distance, and the way back there was no lights, and the hill is not for everyone! However…. Still amazing, the views from there just wow…

Im großen und ganzen war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war soo gut und reichlich.
Einer der Kellner hat uns am ersten Tag gleich gut alles erklärt.Er war sehr freundlich und nett.

Cons:

Wir hatten vier Einzelzimmer und waren drei davon wunderschön nur eines war nicht so schön. DUNKEL UND SCHLECHTES WELAN.
War echt schade.

Das sehr freundliche und bemühte Personal. Sehr schön fand ich auch die individuelle Einrichtung des Hotels. Das Zimmer war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch die Lage ist etwas besonderes.

Die Stadt war sehr schön, hat viel zu bieten. Wir kommen gerne wieder aber sicherlich in ein anderes Hotel!
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage mit Blick über Würzburg.

Cons:

Das Personal war unfreundlich und in keiner Hinsicht hilfsbereit. Man hatte das Gefühl eher eine Last als willkommen zu sein. Man musste fragen, ob man am Abend im Restaurant doch bitte noch einen „Absacker“ bekommt, da die Bar nur für Veranstaltungen gebucht werden kann. Das gewünschte Glas Wein war aber dann nicht möglich, da diese gewählte Sorte derzeit nicht offen sei.

Die Lage

Cons:

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen und recht abgenutzt. Bad 🛁 entspricht nicht dem Standard für ein Hotel in der Preisklasse. Ebenso das Schwimmbad ist dringend Renovierungs bedürftig.

ein Aufenthalt lohnt sich
Pros:

Ich reise sehr viel und bewerte normalerweise ungern, aber hier muss ich es einfach, denn es hat wirklich fast alles gepasst. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung, eine Sauna, und vor allem ein absolut hervorragendes Frühstück! Ich hoffe sehr, dass diese Qualität beibehalten wird, denn sowas findet man kaum noch.

Cons:

Eine kleine Info, dass man sich melden soll bzgl. einer erneuten Aktivierung der Sauna wäre schön gewesen. Gesagt wurde, dass sie bis 20 Uhr geöffnet ist. Allerdings war sie 19 Uhr schon ausgeschaltet.
