O hotel é muito bom, quartos, piscinas, restaurante, limpeza
O pequeno almoço é que poderia ser melhor, é muito limitado para o tipo de hotel que é, o preço das refeições no restaurante do hotel também são estupidamente caras.

Gostámos da limpeza e da simpatia de todo o staff
Não posso dizer que não gostámos, digo antes que podem melhorar alguns aspetos. Em relação ao quarto, nós ficámos numa suite familiar, Então.. No wc não tinha onde pendurar roupões, toalhas e etc, no duche faz falta um vidro protetor para que a água não saia toda para fora da banheira quando tomamos banho, os espelhos na zona do lavatório estão na lateral e não na frente para conseguirmos pentear ou maquilhar. No quarto o ar condicionado só pode ser desligado ligando para a receção.
Na zona de spa as piscinas tinham a água a uma temperatura um pouco fria para a época em que estamos, os jacuzzis demoravam imenso tempo a voltar a trabalhar depois de acabar o tempo. Haviam jatos de água na piscina dinâmica que não funcionavam. No primeiro andar do spa, o banho turco não estava a funcionar, um outro circuito de água também nunca vimos funcionar enquanto lá estivemos, então num todo avaliando tudo, o hotel é bom mas torna-se caro o valor que pagámos, devido a estas pequenas coisas. .

As piscinas inferiores são muito agradáveis.
A temperatura em algumas zonas do hotel era baixa para andar de robe e chinelos. A vista para o exterior nas piscinas interiores não é agradável (é um espaço verde mal mantido e geradores, ou outro equipamento industrial semelhante, cor -de-laranja, que facilmente e com pouco investimento seria corrigido. A janela da casa-de-banho não era fosco e dava para a zona dos pequenos-almoços, obrigando a ter a persiana sempre para baixo e as luzes acesas.
