Guests are required to wear a swim cap and bathing suits in the Swimming Pools and Jacuzzis in the New SPA ''GOLDEN ROCK''. For standard rooms, there is a surcharge of EUR 29.00 per person, by day, to access the Spa.

Please note that restaurant is open everyday from 12:00 to 15:30 and from 19:00 to 22:00.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Spa, circuitos de piscinas, bar com snacks logo no corredor de acesso ao spa. Funcionários muito prestáveis.

Cons:

Apesar de a remodelação ser recente, ficámos numa suite moderna na zona nova, nota-se já alguma falta de manutenção e limpeza.

Pros:

Gostei do upgrade gratuito que fizeram para a suite premium, que foi provavelmente um dos melhores quartos de hotel que já estive.
O espaço do spa é fabuloso.

Cons:

Detestei o facto de permitirem entrar pessoas do exterior, que não são hóspedes do hotel para frequentarem o spa e por consequência o espaço fica demasiadamente cheio.
Detestei também o facto de não conseguir estar no bar do hotel porque mais uma vez deixam entrar pessoas do exterior e assim ficam todos os sofás e cadeiras ocupadas por pessoas que não estão hospedadas no hotel pelo que percebi vários hóspedes além de mim tivemos que ir para o quarto beber a bebida.

De o parque infatil estar fechado e nao tivemos informaçao sobre isso e a deslocaçao foi a pemsar na criança de 8 anos .
