Nice staff,
Staff very friendly, room very spacious, many amenities.
Breakfast-while there were several options, I chose the $16 buffet. While the food was plentiful, the scrambled eggs seemed like a powdered egg mixture instead of real scrambled eggs.
Dinner-While the apps (shrimp cocktail, clam chowder)were delicious from dinner, the meals themselves were mediocre. The fish from fish and chips was heavily breaded and 3/4 of plate was French fries. The panko crumbs on the sole were not browned, there was no seasoning, and the fattest portion of the sole was slightly underdone. The roasted veggies had no seasoning and again, the rice on plate was a gigantic portion, way too much for one person.
Good location and clean
Everything was up to our standard.
Convenient location
Uncomfortable seating. Bed is hard. Low water pressure.
But the reason I'll never stay again is they charged me ten dollars to park my car in the lot overnight. That's absolutely insane! If I wasn't so tired from driving all day I'd go stay somewhere else! I won't stay here again!
The bedding was wet, the room where the couch pulls out was incredible hot and didn’t cool down with the AC in the master room. We asked for a cot and fan and they said no. We asked for new bedding since the blankets provided were wet, and they brought half of what we needed.
The price for everything was incredible expensive , including the breakfast which was 18/person for hot breakfast. For the price we were paying per night, that should have been included.
Overall, not worth the price and a terrible overall stay.
Room was excellent. Clean, plenty of space. The pocket door for the bathroom was great as it allowed more room in the room. Pool area was clean. Plenty of towels. the staff was excellent. Breakfast buffet was ok.
The pool initially was unbearably cold (indoor pool). Luckily the maintenance man was there and he turned on some heaters.
The restaurant was ok. Had to send undercooked salmon back. They were very gracious and made a completely new piece (which they didn't need to do- just wanted it cooked longer). The new piece was also undercooked. But overall, it was fine.
It was nice and clean beautiful inside
Some of the ice machines were not working
Pool area was clean, Ryan at the front desk was kind and helpful, Matt from Regatta was amazing!
Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Clean and smelt good.
The indoor pool was cold but my daughter still went in and tried to tolerate it as long as possible.
The room was very spacious! And was right across from where my son's soccer tournament was.
I met with the restaurant manager in the evening before breakfast to discuss my son having a severe gluten allergy. He had left specific instructions and assured me that my son would have something to eat and would be safe. Well guess what I wasted 18$ because all my son had was some potatoes and was going to eat sausage but there was a black hair in it and when we got home this afternoon he started throwing up... so clearly it wasn't safe as they had promised me.
Nice and quiet
