Comfortable stay
Pros:

This hotel happens to be within walking distance of family, so ideally suited when I want to visit them. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is great. Hotel was very accommodating when our heating didn’t work and immediately moved us to a different room and provided us with some complimentary drinks for the inconvenience.

I would absolutely stay here again!
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Loved the shower gel!!

Cons:

Our room was on the 4th floor at the front of the hotel. The hotel overlooks a busy roadway. Traffic was very loud overnight.

Increase the Linen Supply, please!
Pros:

The price was the best in the area at the time. We've stayed there before but never for this price!

Cons:

I don't like that there are never enough towels & washcloths available & housekeeping takes forever to come. It's annoying. 3 of each is not enough for 2 people, you need a minimum of 4 & that's for 1 shower each.

Barely any water was coming out. Staff was notified upon check out. Apparently they already know about the issue.

Not worth the $200 price tag
Pros:

The pillows were comfortable and the location was pushed back while still being central to down town.

Cons:

Cleanliness was far from the Hilton standard. A long red strand of hair was found on the empty shampoo bottle. Scattered mold and white 'marks' on the chair... Broken door handle and missing pieces of the draft stopper made security of walking around comfortably in your room, feel kinda iffy. this hotel is LOUD. I was placed on the 4th floor towards the exit, there is nothing dampening noise in the hall or from your neighbors. They charge for parking even though at booking, there wasn't anything notifying you of that. $6 bottle water in your room, no free breakfast option.

Nice hotel reccomend it.
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Clean. My room happened to be huge. Common areas very pretty and modern.

Cons:

The desk personnel could have been more professional. She was forgetful and let’s just say…. Could have been more pleasant. Not a warm welcome at the desk. But this was from this particular employee only.
