Spacious, helpful, and comfortable ― Highly recommend!
Pros:

Staff were extremely helpful and kind! Spacious room with clean shower and amenities.

We brought food from our country and they were very accommodating with cooking our ingredients!
The room was clean and had everything you would typically need (shower, hairdryer, fridge).
Since we were on the 3rd floor, they helped carry our heavy suitcases up and the view was also nice.
The staff in general were friendly and very understanding; they will try to match your requests.

Pros:

The fact they finally let us in.
They did offer us a free breakfast the next morning.

Cons:

Even after messaging them we would be late, we arrived to locked gates and no booking. They said they were full and no longer use booking.com. Neither the hotel or booking.com contacted us. After a tense discussion they found us a room which was far inferior to the original booked room but charged us the same.

Dreieinhalb Sterne lediglich nach 3. Welt Standard
Pros:

Entgegen den Photos bei hotels.com sieht die Realität anders aus.
Protziges Eingangsportal und dann kleine abgenutzte Zimmer, Schimmel in der Dusche, Rost in den Ecken, abgenudelter Badvorleger, man weiß nicht ob der Teppichboden lebt...
Am Empfang dauerte es fast eine halbe Stunde bis die Buchung gefunden wurde, das erste Zimmer in das ich ziehen sollte war noch nicht hergerichtet (19 Uhr...).
Kein Stuhl oder Tisch auf dem Balkon.
Gebucht war "Seeblick", kein See weit und breit, lediglich ein kleiner Fluss mit zugemülltem Ufer.
Auch am Pool keine Liege oder dergleichen. Dusche mit verrosteten Armaturen, Betonsteine dreckig.
Die letzten beiden Tage gab´s morgens kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen.
