寝るだけの用途なら十分
Pros:

立地の良さ。国際通り沿いにあるので、観光出張の際、ホテル近くで飲んで寝るだけの用途であれば候補にしても良いと思う。ただし、夜間はホテル入り口が施錠されるので、解除番号を覚える・スマホ写真に残しとくなどしないといけないのは少し手間に感じる人もいるかも。

Cons:

・シャワーがお湯になるまで時間がかかる。
・朝のフロントオープンが6時からなので、帰りの便を早朝にしたい人には適さないかも

Posizione Centrale e staff accogliente (anche se non tutti parlano inglese ma fanno del loro meglio)

Cons:

Camere con strani odori e macchie nere sul soffitto. Tutto troppo vecchio per fortuna tornavo solo per dormire..

下樓即可開逛

Cons:

很老舊的飯店，濕氣重，3床的其中一床棉被有許多的霉斑，請服務人員換過之後，雖然他們的態度是良好的，但是換給我的還是有少許霉斑，看得出來是有清洗的，只是可能設備、用品都有年紀了，建議應該太舊換新並且加強除濕

立地、コスパ◎
Pros:

立地がとてもよく、お部屋はとても清潔でした

Cons:

お風呂のお湯がでるまでに5分ほど水を流しておかなければならず、時間とお水がもったいないな〜という気持ちでした。

お部屋の鍵の立て付けが悪く、一度鍵が開かなくなった時がありましたが、スタッフさんにしぶしぶ対処してもらいました。

ネット上の評価を参考にするときの学びを得た。
Pros:

【総論】
利用者の属性によってはまるはまらないがはっきりする宿でした
なので個人ならOKだけど家族だとNGとか、外遊び中心ならOKだけどホテル滞在メインならNGとか意見が分かれるでしょう

【こういう人におすすめ】
・出張で単身で那覇に来て国際通り周辺で飲みたい人
・学生などお金はないけど安く国際通りに泊まりたい人
・飲みが目的で国際通りに近く、ほぼほぼ部屋にいない人
・国際通りの歴史を感じたい人

【理由】
国際通りのメインアーケードのほぼ正面で横断歩道も近い。
ドンキホーテの正面。
美栄橋から徒歩10分以内。
必要十分の部屋（ベッドは良い、テレビは地上波のみ、ユニットバスは悪くない、エアコンは新しい）
1970年開業のホテル（当時の最新）の建物としてのもてなし方を感じることができる
スタッフの人は親切（建物の古さはどうしようもないが、その中で出来るホスピタリティを感じる）
アメニティも必要十分はある（歯ブラシ、カミソリ、タオル、寝巻き、スリッパ）
国際通りのホテルで抜群に安い
朝食500円で用意してくれる

Cons:

・家族旅行で部屋の内容も求める人
・潔癖症の人
・古臭さや老朽化を好まない人

【理由】
・部屋はネットに出ているような写真ほど綺麗じゃないかもしれません
・建物は古く（1970年開業）、建物に歪みが出ている。部屋や廊下に傾斜を感じる部分がある
・国際通りに面しているが、二重サッシじゃないため音が入る
・周りの綺麗なホテルに比べると見た目に見劣りする感はいなめない
・どうしても年季を感じる
