Pros:

1970的老飯店,房間不用要求太高,就是住宿地點佳,整體OK.對面即是唐吉訶德!離美榮橋站,牧志站,國際通站都近.還可以到24小時的MaxValu 牧志店採購.以3人房訂購的價格2600/晚來說算不錯.

コスパ最高！
Pros:

国際通りの真ん中に位置しており観光には何しろ便利。施設は少し古いですが、仲間との沖縄旅行では必ずこのホテルをチョイスします。
朝食は500円の軽食（カレー＆出汁茶漬け）ですが当日注文でもオッケーでとてもありがたいです。
フロントの皆さんも親切です。

Cons:

個人的には良くない点は全くありません。施設が少し古いのでそれを嫌がる方には向かないかもしれません。

Pros:

La posizione ottima

Cons:

Struttura vecchia, moquette nelle parti comuni e nelle stanze sporche al punto da richiedere la sostituzione, colazione scarsissima, non c’era nemmeno l’acqua di cortesia in stanza, bagno piccolo e scomodo.

Pros:

地點非常棒，一下樓就是國際通中心，面對牧志市場，而且窗戶沒有被大樓遮擋，採光佳，可以看到十字路口的車潮滿好的。費用非常低廉，但房間應有盡有，也有保持高水準的清潔度。

Cons:

偏潮濕，房間一進去有霉味，但是開冷氣就可以消除，冰箱也是，沒開時有點霉味
電視、床鋪、燈光等設備比較老舊

扇風機は助かった
Pros:

国際通りに隣接しており、便利。ユニットバスは古い分湯船が広く作られていて、久しぶりに湯船に浸かり疲れが取れた。シャワーだけでは疲れは取れません。扇風機は洗濯、即乾燥で助かる。冷蔵庫も良かった。貸出傘も助かった。朝食も出汁茶漬け、カレー、ヨーグルト、アイス、ホットで500円はコスパ良い。

Cons:

あったら良かったもの→冷凍庫。欲張りすぎかな。

安さに勝るものなし
Pros:

立地が良い、目の前にはドン・キホーテ、コンビニもすぐ近くにある
あと500円で食べれる朝食が意外と良かったりする

Cons:

エレベーターが異様な臭いでした。
あとは仕方のないことなのですがやっぱり古さは感じますね
