Pros:

At Ibis, you usually know what to expect ahead of time, but this one fell short of the standard expectations. Outdated building that feels ran-down and in need of renovations. Bathroom light didn't work and the towels they provided were so worn out, they hurt your skin when drying. AC worked and we slept comfortably. Breakfast was good and worth it.

De boa qualidade
Pros:

A reserva foi somente para uma diária, optamos pelo Ibis, por ser um pouco mais distante do centro de Aparecida, o hotel fica a aproximadamente 4k da Basílica. Todos os funcionários educados e prestativos, quarto agradável e silencioso. Um café da manhã delicioso com uma boa variedade de produtos, eu amei o bolo de banana.

Reservei um quarto casal + criança, e o quarto não tinha cama para criança. Ajeitaram um colchão no chão. Solucionaram, mas não foi isso que pagamos. Como nossa estadia era curta, aceitamos para não ter dedgaste maior.

Gostei , embora tinha alguns detalhes p melhoria, como porta sem maçaneta, ela ficava abrindo sozinha, tive que colocar a mala de apoio p ficar fechada. A ducha do vaso sanitario estava sem aquela parte da frente que sao a agua , fora isso tudo certo.
Comida e cafe da manha gostei. As meninas da recepcao bem educadas , do restaurante tb.
