The hotel staff were very friendly and professional, the additional charge for our dog was reasonable and the breakfast was great and reasonable too.

Lit propre, sanitaire propre, partie commune pareil. RAS.

Receptionist was friendly and very helpful. Hotel is very basic and not like pictures on website- garden and outside areas need a lot of work. Room was clean, but worn, pillows poor. Shower was awful and like other comments not great for everyone to watch you showering through the glass door. Area around the hotel is grim, what looks like a hotel for immigrants next door, homeless people camping by the fence. Generally did not feel safe area, would definitely not visit again.

Beds comfy. Bed side lights don't work. Continental breakfast was nice. Easy place for a transit stop. Parking secure and gate closed at 10 pm as advised.

Good for a one night stop off

This hotel has very poor customer service and charges you wzy in advance of your stay. My experience was the worst I ever had with a hotel in all my years travelling to France and Spain. Within 5 minutes of booking the room I realised that I had selected the wrong date it should have been the next night. I immediately went to change the date and the hotel refused to change even though there was availability and would not refund the cost. I even offered to pay and extra charge for changing but no go. If I wanted the next night I had to pay in full again. My advice to anyone booking is make sure your dates are correct because they will not accommodate and charge you immediately.

Très pratique pour une nuit par son emplacement et son prix

An excellent and felt like a new modern hotel on the outskirts of Tours.
A great welcome from the receptionist and as its new had a lift. There was a microwave for guest use which was very handy.
We recommend and will for certain use again when driving through France.

7 middle/older age bikers stayed in 4 twin rooms for 3 nights when touring the area.
Hotel was very reasonably priced and I think this is due to its out of town location.
All staff were really friendly.
Parking is free. At 10pm the gates are locked (obviously you can get in/out) so bikes /cars are secure.
The hotel supplied continental type breakfast for a cheap price. Quality was good. Rooms were immaculately clean. Beds were comfortable.
There is a local tax payable on arrival which was below 4 euros per person.
Recommended budget accommodation

The hotel was very welcoming especially the receptionist who gave us a lovely welcome and local information. All the communal areas were very clean, as was rhe room and bathroom
