Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage. Landschaftlich toll gelegen. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Frühstück durchschnittlich ohne Höhen und Tiefen.

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Apartmenthaus und war nur mäßig begeistert. Durch die hohe Decke hat es der Service sicher nicht leicht ständig die Spinnweben zu entfernen, aber ab und an muss das mal passieren. Eine Qualitätskontrolle durch den Inhaber hat es sicher eine Weile nicht gegeben. Weiterer negativer Punkt war die Federkernmatratze. Wenn man die einzelnen Federn im Rücken spürt, ist auch irgendwann mal Ersatz nötig. Ebenso bei der Toilettenbürste. Das ist kein Kostentreiber und alle paar Wochen darf die mal ausgetauscht werden.

Pros:

Very nice room, comfortable beds, comfortable chairs and a desk. Plenty of space. We had a room with access to the garden. Hens in the garden, horses, sheeps and lambs nearby. Really cozy. Nice view. No kettle or coffee machine but got coffee and tea on a tray early morning that I picked up at the restaurant

Cons:

The bathroom fan was noisy

Wir hatten auf gut Glück gebucht und richtig Glück! Das Hotel hat uns positiv überrascht und war für unseren Aufenthalt

Immer empfehlenswert, toller Gasthof
Pros:

Tolle Lage, gutes Essen, sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Tiere und tolle Aussicht. Zimmer geräumig. Sitzgelegenheiten, TV mit Mediatheken, grosses modernes Bad.

Cons:

Leider gab es nur am Sonntag frische Früchte und Wasser zum Frühstück. Man konnte jedoch frische Eier anfordern und sich aus dem Obstkorb selbst Obstsalat schneiden. Zu viel verpackte Streichläse etc - Müll!

Ein gelungenes Klassentreffen, das wir dort wiederholen werden.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war vergleichbar mit einem Apartment. Auf zwei Etagen, mit einer Sitzgelegenheit für sechs Personen. Das war sehr praktisch, so konnten wir nach dem Klassentreffen mit allen, die dort übernachtet haben, einen Absacker trinken.
Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Ich wusste, wo die Unterkunft liegt, sodass ich keine Probleme mit der Abgelegenheit hatte und sie nicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar ist.

Sehr unfreundliches Personal, schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Der junge Herr beim CheckOut hat uns sehr gefallen und das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Das Bett war auch ok.

Cons:

Uns hat einiges nicht gefallen:
- das Zimmer, das auf den Bilder abgebildet war, haben wir nicht bekommen. Statt modern und neu war es total alt und muffig. Super staubig, nicht schön eingerichtet und wir waren nicht direkt am Hotel untergebracht. Für 300 Euro super enttäuschend.
- das Personal zum CheckIn war das unfreundlichste, das ich je je hatte. Wir waren ganz geschockt. Die Buchung war umfangreich, aber man rollte uns gegenüber mit den Augen. Dazu kam, dass wir gar nicht abgeholt wurden. Nichts zu wo parken wir, wo finden wir das Frühstück, wann ist das Frühstück, wie ist der Zimmerservice, einfach nichts. Sehr sehr enttäuschend.
- der Hammer war. Das Einzelzimmer, das wir gebucht haben, war im Haupthaus. Da war ne riesige Party und es war als würde man in der Party schlafen. Dazu stand nichts bei Booking, man sagte uns gar nichts dazu und hat sich nicht mal entschuldigt für den Lärm, heftig. Das Zimmer hatte auch gar keinen Feuermelder. Da haben wir uns gefragt wie das zugelassen sein kann.

gelungener, angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Einsam in einem kleinen Dorf auf einem Berg, 8km bis Altena-Zentrum, sehr ruhig, gutes Frühstück und auch das Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert, Zimmer gut ausgestattet, Personal immer nett ansprechbar

Cons:

Wir sind wetterbedingt einen Tag eher abgereist, obwohl bei booking.com die Zahlung in der Unterkunft angezeigt war und wir das auch getan haben wurde uns die letzte Nacht nicht erlassen mit Hinweis auf Zahlung durch booking.com, das halte ich für nicht richtig, etwas Ehrlichkeit wäre schön gewesen
