A spacy room with little toiletries equivalent for three stars hotel, the bed is comfortable but the towels are quite hard. The tv is quite old with buzzling sound . The restaurant is big with varities of food BUT need to improve for the cleanliness many flies around especially at raw food corner . They should put flies trap and cover the food. Otherwise it is excellent . The staff are friendly and helpful

Modern, well-maintained and run hotel in the heart of Miri, right on the river. Less than 15 minutes from airport. Good pool. Friendly staff. Spacious, comfortable rooms with great view.
Great location, spacious hotel.
TV needs upgrading. Seems a bit too old and small for the spacious room. Caninet where they put fridge may need regular maintenance because making creaky sound. But i love the hotel overall. Been here few times.

We got a free upgrade from a Deluxe room to a Suite, thanks to the friendly staff. Overall had a pleasant stay but amenities wise could be better for a 5-star hotel. Small TV, buzzing humming noise from ceiling.
Wonderful short stay. Excellent receptionist, Nurul Balqis has made our check in really a pleasant one. Thank you for upgrading our room to suite.

Room floors, table surfaces were not clean. Bedroom slippers were not provided and in-room telephone was not working to request for amenities.

Room was clean and beds comfortable. Convenient location. Friendly staff and professional. Overall experience was excellent.
Overall a great place to stay as the bed was comfortable and my room had a fantastic view of the sea, the busy River, golf course n city. However, I had to have my quilt changed as it was worn out. They should also change 2 of their squarish pillows as they’re just as worn out. Oh yes, the room door needs to be adjusted as I had to pull it hard to close with a bang.
Compliments to all the service staff who were very helpful and cheerful.
