Excellent Getaway as alwayas
Pros:

We were upgrade to junior suite which was great because we had an extra bed for my daughter. The extra space was helpful. The food at the Executive Lounge was great and we always look forward. We also love the breakfast buffet. A very lovely environment. Staff are very helpful.

Cons:

The junior suite was at the end of the corridor. However the staff was helpful. They carried our shopping bags to the room. If I had to find one thing to complain, it would be the poor lighting in the corridors. I am a person who likes sunlight and bright space. So a dark corridor is a pet peeve for me.

We enjoyed our stay.

Used to be great, standards have dropped.
Pros:

Breakfast was always great.

1) No remote control in the room
2) No hair dryer in the room
3) Bathroom sink was clogged
4) No cot even when requested before.
