Enviromental Friendly
Pros:

This is our first time stayed in this hotel. There was a mall next to the hotel.
Breakfast was nice. The Bed was comfortable. We never had experience refill our water before. I think this hotel try to be enviromental friendly.
The staff was fiendly.

Nice room and nice staff

Cons:

They could not arrange airport pick up as the hotel car was not available but did not suggest an alternate solution.

Same when I requested a driver for a day trip speaking English.

As a foreigner it would have been helpful to suggest me alternative solutions

I recently stayed at Novotel Pekanbaru and it was an excellent experience. The room was clean, the staff very helpfuly and attentive. Overall my stay is good and I would consider staying here again.

Great choice for bussiness travelers
Pros:

Absolutely loved my stay at Novotel Pekanbaru. The room modern and clean , the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel location was ideal near from mall, we can walk to go there. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting.
