Great hotel, staff very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and perfectly adequate for stopover.
Table football, electric darts and games/chill out area with bean bags and books is great for kids.
Breakfast was very good but a bit expensive.
Would definitely stay again and definitely redommend.

Accueil très sympathique mais hôtel divisé en ibis Budget et Ibis Styles. Logée dans la partie Budget, pas de climatisation dans la chambre donc difficile avec les chaleurs, salle de bain avec beaucoup de calcaire et chambre accessible uniquement par les escaliers donc bien préciser si vous avez des difficultés à vous mobiliser.

Accueil par hôtesses très agréables et disponibles, très bon séjour. Petites suggestions :penser essuyer barre sous table tv à l’entrée, détartrage pichets eau ,jus de fruits au petit déjeuner, mettre coupe coquille pour œuf à la coque....au plaisir de revenir à Rouen

As this was a budget hotel we expected the facilities to be lacking. However we did expect cleanliness, we found what looked lie pubic hairs in the shower and next to the sink and the toilet had not been cleaned properly there were Brown marks left by someone’s recent trip to the loo. Ok for a nights stay if you’re driving through or just need to crash for the night. Mc Donald’s in walking distance if you need a warm drink in the morning.

quasi horrible à cause du bruit ans le couloir de 23h45 à 1h30 ! gens sans gène et aucune réaction de l'hotel
serait bon ( même si c'est un peu illusoire) de rajouter des panneaux demandant respect et discrétion

Très bon rapport qualité prix, chambre petite mais confortable pour une nuit, calme, option de dîner très appréciée après un spectacle tardif au zénith, personnel charmant et à l’écoute. Très accessible en transports.

Pros:

Very disappointed to find our room was at the farthest end of the hotel, on the first floor. Not very suitable for a stay with a dog . A long walk to take her out for a comfort break during the night.
