Excellent value and the two rooms being close allowed us to socialise with my in laws and grandkids
Cons:

I battled with all the stairs in Ravello House and in general in Ravello. Better hand rails are necessary
because the present ones inside Ravello House as the existing one are made of brass and get very hot to hold onto when the sun is out

Terrazza top
Pros:

Posizione ottima, facilities, spazi comodi, vasca idromassaggio e vista terrazza. Convenzione con parcheggio comoda

Cons:

Purtroppo non eccelleva in pulizia, la vasca idromassaggio era molto sporca (un vero peccato) , piatti e stoviglie sporche, televisione non funzionante e piena di polvere, tavolo sporco.

Great location, bad wiring, and watch your step for poop!

Cons:

We stayed in two separate apartments at Ravello House. In one of the apartments, the electricity shut down multiple times a day/night and my husband had to kill the circuit breaker to get it to turn on again. The owner lied and told us it was a Ravello-wide issue. But the other apartment, the electricity was fine. So, thats was just not true. It was just bad wiring in that specific apartment.

There was also cat poop right next to the chairs in the main garden where the hot tub and tables and chairs all are. My 2 year old daughter stepped in it. Also on the far side of the hot tub there is dried cat poop everywhere on the wooden deck around the hot tub like its their litter box. There are cats all around Ravello but the poop was never cleaned up the whole time we were there. And the poop by the hot tub was clearly there for a long time.

Shower water pressure was very very weak so bring some dry shampoo long-haired ladies and just wait till the next hotel to wash your hair.

The "private hot tub" is also not private. you share it with another apartment at Ravello House.

After leaving, the owner called me and emailed me multiple times during the remainder of our vacation telling that me we forgot to leave 30 euro cash for the tourist tax. The check in guy barely said anything to us and definitely nobody ever mentioned leaving cash. So, that was annoying to be called/texted all during the rest of our trip for something that was not our mistake, after having such a bad experience there.

The apartment has so much potential but some is in need of some TLC to make it a stay to remember
Pros:

Location, convenient to the centre of Ravello

–Verdi Apartment

We really enjoyed the location of the Verdi Apartment, it was convenient and offered lovely surroundings. However, there were a few aspects of the accommodation that could use some attention to improve future guests’ stays.

A couple of light bulbs in the downstairs bedroom need replacing, and the bed upstairs was particularly creaky, which unfortunately disturbed those sleeping in the room below whenever someone turned over.

Additionally, the grout in the shower appeared black and mouldy which gave the impression that it wasn’t clean, even if it may just be staining.

Finally, we were disappointed to learn that the apartment was separate from where the hot tub was located, which made it impractical to use during our stay.

Overall, the location was excellent, but a few maintenance updates and clearer information about the amenities would make a big difference.

Beautiful house in a great location In Ravello
Pros:

Beautiful house located very centrally at Ravello.

It was very comfortable for three adults, had all amenities plus an amazing jacuzzi at the roof with the best views possible.

Pros:

Posizione eccellente - la navetta del parcheggio San Lorenzo ti porta vicinissimo - appartamento ampio con phon, ferro da stiro, aria condizionata sia in salotto/cucina che nelle due camere - i due bagni sono una gran comodità per risparmiare tempo - in terrazza jacuzzi, lettini (con teli) 🔝🔝

Cons:

Due cose in cucina sarebbero utili (sale, un po’ di caffè x la moka, qualche bustina in più di zucchero e una mini grattugia)
Un peccato che la jacuzzi sia utilizzabile solo fino alla 19 - di giorno si gira - arrivare dopo una bella camminata, quando il sole scende, e rilassarsi nell idromassaggio sarebbe perfetto

Pros:

Logement très calme dans le centre historique
Très bien entretenu
Climatisation dans toutes les pièces
Petit patio partagé avec jacuzzi

Cons:

Literies fatiguées à remplacer. Tout grince lorsqu'on se tourne dans le lit
Pas de lave linge alors que c'était indiqué sur booking, l'hôte peut prendre en charge le linge par contre. Mais pas autonomes sur ce point

Great location and wonderful stay.
Pros:

Great location for exploring Ravello. The place could easily sleep 5 adult (One double is a sofa bed that isn't the comfiest). Clean space and well equipped. Great stay all round.
