Great hotel with a fab location to downtown and a lot of the sporting venues. Close car park which is handy and the pool
Pros:

The inside of the hotel was spacious, smelled amazing and was super clean. The rooms were quiet and comfy. The pool facilities were great and lots of fun

Cons:

The lazy river and parts of the pool became quite dirty after a busy Saturday evening. Lots of cans, cups and cocktail garnishes lying around in the evening and from the night before. The lifts also took a while to arrive

Beautiful hotel and great location, but the lack of communication took away from what could have been an even more speci
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the room was comfortable and clean. The property has a great atmosphere and the facilities are very nice.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the communication before my stay. I sent several messages asking for assistance with a small birthday surprise for my girlfriend, but I never received a response. I was hoping for some help from the hotel because this was a special occasion for us. Unfortunately, my messages were never answered.
