Pros:

Roaches in room and washroom. Taps leaking. mold at many places in the room. Very small washroom. TV does not work. Location is excellent

It is a two star hotel, but the hotel doesn’t deserve even a star. Very disappointing - I wouldn’t recommend.

Nice location
Pros:

Nice location and the budget hotel provides all facilities. Good for Indians as it is in the Menna Bajar and variety of indian restaurants around this hotel.

Staff is rude
Pros:

Front desk manager is not cooperative and very rude. He don’t care for Indians specially. I will not recommend the hotel for any indian

For the money value it's reasonaable
Pros:

Convenient location. Front desk and Cleaning staff cooperative but a tall Indian fellow in the security staff is a corrupt one who takes commission from taxi drivers who are called in at the expense of guests.

Perfect position with great air con
Pros:

Location in Bur Dubai was perfect for visiting historical area, museum and souk and crossing the creek on the Abra. The staff were so helpful that they let us into our room early when we got off a very early flight. Tour desk efficient. Great place to stay in Dubai.

Everything was available, room a little bit too hot (36 degrees).
TV programs not enough international, mainly India, Pakistan.

Good hotel. Just in front of Dubai museum.
Pros:

Good experience. We reached around 2.30 in the morning. The staff were polite. Location is good. Breakfast OK.

I was advised on arrival , that i have no reservation , despite me giving a copy , after that i was given a room then i was told no breakfast , which was included in confirmation , then the staff agrred to give me breakfast as well , which not much of my liking , room was clean
