Despite these issues, we appreciated the staff’s hospitality and the hotel’s excellent location.
Pros:

The room was spacious, comfortable, well air-conditioned, and had a beautiful view overlooking both the city and the Bosphorus. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank Mustafa and Ali for their outstanding hospitality and kindness.

The hotel’s location was another major advantage. It was very close to Galata Tower, Taksim, Osmanbey, Şişli, Karaköy Pier, and Eminönü Pier, making it very convenient for sightseeing and transportation.

Cons:

There were a few things that disappointed us. Although the bed was advertised as a queen-size bed, it was actually made up of two separate mattresses joined together, which made it quite uncomfortable to sleep on.

In addition, breakfast was not served as an open buffet. The selection was limited and exactly the same every day.

Finally, the staircase leading to the rooftop terrace was a narrow spiral staircase, which did not feel safe when going up or down.

It was a wonderful stay with good access to major attractions
Pros:

Location was amazing. Great view from the terrace. Room was clean and spacious with a big washroom. Galata tower is literally 3-5 minutes walk and istiqlal street is also very close

Cons:

A little on the expensive side, given that it’s a small boutique hotel.

Персонал отличный, приветливый! Али большой молодец, ему отдельное и большое спасибо! Расположение отеля отличное, рядом метро, фуникулер, Улица Истикляль, Башня Галат! Номер небольшой, но достаточно уютный, красиво оформлен, со вкусом, прекрасные картины. Оформление у отеля в целом так же превосходное! Терасса с великолепным видом - просто супер!

Cons:

Можно было бы разнообразить завтраки, но в целом завтрак отличный. Делать например не яичницу каждый день, а амлет, амлет с овощами, менемен и т.д. Стоит отдать должное, по нашей просьбе, нам несколько дней делали менемен. Также можно было бы на завтраки делать кофе не из пакетиков а из кофемашины, это было бы более солидно.

Cons:

there was one downside: the breakfast selection was very limited, to the point that it became repetitive and uninteresting each morning. It would have been much better if the hotel offered a wider variety of breakfast options, especially considering that the room rates are not inexpensive and are significantly higher than those of many three-star hotels.

Отличная локация. Прекрасный вид из номера. Отель выполнен в французском стиле. Видно, что делали с большим пониманием. Прекрасный вид на Стамбул с веранды. Отличный обзор. Это пожалуй один из лучших видов с веранды из всех что мы видели. Есть открытая часть веранды и есть за стеклом. Мы вечером брали с собой бутылочку вина и сидели на веранде одни. Можно предупредить, что вы хотите побыть на веранде и вам её открывают 🫶🏻
Али прекрасно говорит по русски. Он помог забронировать экскурсию на кораблике. Все рассказал и вызвал нам такси до аэропорта.
В номере убирались чисто. Завтрак вкусный. Его набором и расставляют на столе. Двое взрослых и ребенок наелись без проблем. Мы прям скучаем по виду с веранды.

Albergo con una vista mozzafiato, personale ottimo
Pros:

Location molto valida, con terrazzo mozzafiato. La camera vista Bosforo è davvero spettacolare: spaziosa, luminosa, con vista impagabile soprattutto all’alba e al tramonto, letto comodo e ambiente curato. Presenti anche servizi utilissimi come minibar e cassaforte. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Struttura da valorizzare ancora di più con aperitivi in terrazza. Il bagno é fantastico, tutto come in foto, raramente succede, davvero complimenti, molto pulito.

Cons:

Note negative: colazione poco internazionale, con scarsa scelta di dolce e senza succhi; (se non a pagamento nella hall) asciugamani spesso macchiati (criticità da risolvere); utile aggiungere snack salati serali.
