Parfait sauf isolation de la chambre
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé en plein Kaleici et tout proche du tram. J'adore l'aménagement extérieur, son coin petit déjeuner à l'ombre de petits arbres avec des tortues domestiques et sa piscine.
Ma chambre était très confortable, propre et bien équipée.
Le personnel, dispo 24/7 est très attentionné et leur anglais est impeccable. Petit dej excellent.
Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Cons:

La chambre côté rue est mal isolée. Il y a un club/bar avec une musique très forte dont on entend les basses pendant toute la nuit, et les rares voitures qui passent sont très bruyantes aussi. Des boules quies en mousse sont mises à dispo mais elles trop petites pour les oreilles.

They upgraded our stay and gave us the whole floor instead of a room. Exceptional staff. Perfect breakfast and ambience. Clean room and very aesthetic architecture. No noise issues . Love the vibe, decoration and interior of the hotel. 5 stars.

Çok memnun kaldım . Tek seyahat eden biri olarak benim için en önemli nokta guvenlikti ve beklentilerini fazlasıyla karşıladı . Ailecek gelinebilinecek bir yer . Oda benim için yeterliydi zaten odada fazla vakit gecirmedim açıkçası . Bahçesinde hoş küçük bir havuzu var sabah türk kahvaltisiyla güne başladım genel olarak ortam çok huzurlu ve güvenli hissettiriyor . Çalışanlar gercekten çok güler yüzlü dürüst samimi ve iyi insanlar. . Buyuzden bu durustluklerinden dolayı çok etkilendim tamamen memnuniyet odaklı çalışıyorlar ve insan ilişkilerini paranın önüne koymuşlar . Sizin rahat etmeniz memnun kalmanız ve güzel hoş bir hatıra olarak hatirlayarak otelden ayrılmanız onlar için diğer şeylerden daha önemli . Çalışanların sıcak tutumundan dolayı bir aile yönetiyor zannettim ama aile degillermis benim için gerçekten şaşırtıcıydı . Ben kendimi çok şımartılmış hissettim ayşegül hanım umarım doğru hatirliyorumdur kendi elleriyle bana nane limon kaynatti hastalandigimda . Resepsiyonda ki Onur bey gerçekten çok iyi niyetli ve dürüst biri , kendisine ufuk açan sohbeti için tekrardan çok teşekkür ediyorum . Otelden ayrıldığımda sadece iyi bir tatil değil aynı zamanda hayata karşı daha olumlu ayrıldım. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim belki hayat birdaha yolumu kaleicine düşürürse tekrardan tercih ederim. Herkese tavsiye edebileceğim biryer .

Pros:

Emplacement central, petit déjeuner correct.

Cons:

Les chambres ne sont absolument pas insonorisées, le quartier est très animé et très bruyant (bars et boites de nuit). Vous ne pourrez pas dormir, même avec les bouchons d’oreille fournis. C’était impossible de se reposer.

Super breakfast area, fine service.
Pros:

Outstanding service - the chap at reception spent 20 minutes with me, walking to collect my car and sitting as passenger to direct me through the one way system to enable me to park at the hotel carpark. Really good.

Cons:

It was great. Being right in the middle of the old town means some noise up to 2300 but really it was fine.

Très bien, propre et bien placé.
Pros:

Bon petit déjeuner, calme, et proche de tout.

Cons:

Isolation inexistante, et pas de possibilité pour avoir un petit déjeuner plus tôt lors des excursions et c’est très dommage, on nous a proposé de payer 10€ pour avoir une boîte.
Il pourrait y avoir des gâteaux ou brioche au petit déjeuner.

Pros:

Le personnel est adorable, bon petit déjeuner avec du choix, piscine très agréable, chambre très propre et litière confortable. Hotel dans le centre proche de tout.

Cons:

Manque de pression dans la douche et oreiller un peu dur mais ce sont des détails pour deux nuits c’était très bien

Pros:

Хороший отель,с прекрасным расположением в центре старого города. Очень уютная атмосфера,все очень чисто и красиво. Сложно ездить по узким улочкам,но это естественно для этой части города.Завтрак скромный,но вполне можно выбрать.

Cons:

номера на 1эж темноваты,не хватает освещения так как нельзя открыть окна(прохожие будут смотреть вам в окно)
