Nice hotel but could be better.
Pros:

Parking was great on site and free drinks was a nice touch. Air con was very good.

Cons:

No balcony on the room, shower was weak and staff were nice but at times hard to engage with.

good hotel with nice staff
Pros:

the staff was nice and the receptionist gave me some nice suggestions for visits and restaurants. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

I would have appreciated a small fridge in the room. I thought It was more central.

Accueil désagréable le samedi à notre arrivée
Cons:

L'accueil dès le samedi par une femme qui fait passer les clients pour des menteurs alors qu'elle a donné à deux de reprises des mauvaises informations. Elle refuse de dire qu'elle s'est trompée sur les heures du petit dej par exemple et donc le premier matin pas de petits déj alors qu'ils ont été payés. Seul l'homme que j'ai eu au téléphone quelques jours avant avait été très accueillant et très pédagogique sur notre arrivée pour utiliser le parking. La femme qui était à la réception le samedi devrait changer de métier car même pour sautées personnes à côté de nous elle a été désagréable.
