Excellent in every way, great location, the business lounge was really good and helpful . Loved the staff they were kind , helpfu and , effective . Well come back for sure in my future visits to Riyadh

The service was wonderful. House keeping crew was very polite and professional.
Whenever you call the receptionist you will find him and your request will be processed quicker than you can think.
Rooms could have been bigger in opinion. That would have taken the experience to a better level.

The room was clean and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is convenient for getting around. All the in-room amenities were complete. The bathroom was spacious, and the hot water worked perfectly. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. The staff and chefs were very friendly and welcoming, especially Chef Ashraful Rafia and Nagaraju (apologies if I’ve misspelled your names). They were both extremely attentive and caring.

The entire team is very attentive! The breakfast is delicious, I ordered eggs over easy and they were so fresh and perfect. The fruit is yummy and the variety of pastries and cheese is outstanding. Kudos to everyone specially Mary, thank you for making me feel welcomed.

We chose Rosh Rayhaan by Rotana on the basis of strong reviews, a lower price than the nearby American-branded hotels and a convenient location to the incredible Riyadh Metro (not Metro-adjacent but only a 2.5 block walk to the Alinma Bank station). We were immediately somewhat disappointed in our room, which was fine but with the ambiance of a 4-star property rather than the 5-stars claimed by the hotel. But we warmed to the room which had a spacious, beautiful bathroom, ample storage and many thoughtful features. The first evening, a problem was apparent: although we had requested a quiet room, our room connected to another. The soundproofing of the connection was negligible so we could hear the couple in the adjacent room bickering past our bedtime. We should have requested a room change as the same couple continued their loud conversations the next night. Fortunately, the last two nights of our stay were quiet but for an unusual amount of hallway noise, including from housekeepers cleaning a nearby room at 8 PM.

A highlight was the outstanding breakfast buffet. During our trip, we had excellent breakfast buffets at Fairmont and St. Regis hotels, but the buffet at Rosh Rayhaan bested both. The variety of dishes (Middle eastern, eastern, western) was awesome. Everything was beautiful presented and tasty; service was excellent.

I was disappointed that our bathroom had only one washcloth. I was annoyed when it was unnecessarily removed after one night; it was never replaced. A day later, the two hand towels were unnecessarily removed and not replaced; a phone call resulted in duplicate replacements. The next day, it was bath towels: both unnecessarily removed but only one replaced. A 6 PM phone call resulted in delivery of two bathrobes before the missing towel was replaced. The next morning, we noticed that the bath mat had been unnecessarily removed and—you guessed it—not replaced. I’m not fond of hotels that unnecessarily wash towels after a single use but this hotel needs to learn the concept that removed towels need to be replaced.

The public spaces were beautiful. Except for lapses with housekeeping, service was attentive and gracious. There is an exercise gym. Despite the annoyances, the price and location were right. Were I to return to Riyadh, I’d consider staying here again . . . but not in a connecting room.

Great hotel, nice and central

Hotel accommodated a family with kids next to our room with connecting doors and kids were so loud and noisy. Hotel shouldn’t have provided a room next to a couple with connecting doors. Breakfast was so basic with very little options . Swimming pool not designed for adults and too shallow. Totally waste of money

Amazing facility

One of the best Iftar dining experiences we have had in Riyadh. Welcoming staff, organised, well stocked buffet. The lamb was very tender. Better selection of food than at some others and presented well. Nicely laid tables. Dining room was beautifully decorated and lit up. Other diners behaved respectfully and ate at their tables. Good to see the atmosphere was fun for families and there were plenty of staff to look after us.

Well located hotel on Olaya Street. Check in was smooth, room was assigned prior to check in time.

During the stay room was kept clean and neat during the stay. Bathroom amenities were good and sleep quality was good too. WiFi Connectivity around the hotel was excellent.

Breakfast had plenty of options and the chefs and team at the breakfast lounge were hospitable and understanding.

Just a comment: My room had a small window that didn’t provide much of a view/ sunlight. Something to be mindful of if one is particular about that.

Excellent hotel! The breakfast spreads is one of the best I have had in the world! Special thanks need to go out to all the staff starting with Mary who is extremely helpful. Along with Abbas and Al Mutasim

The chefs are also incredible Ashraful, Rafia Mia and Rimaz all do an excellent job.

I stayed 14 days at Rosh Rayhaan i was impressed the gym facilites were top noch , well mantianied the breakst speed was amazing offering a variety of options special thanks to Chef Naga Mary and Riudaina for thier suoer service and excellent efforts
