Pros:

Clean room, we had two single beds which were comfortable. The air con was great as we had a heatwave at the time. The staff spoke english and were very helpful.
A good budget hotel.

The shower was quite small

Le garage a vélo fermé est très appréciable

Cons:

Pas grand chose, il faut marcher un peu pour aller au centre d'Arcachon mais rien d'impossible

Pros:

The lady on reception was very helpful even though she was very busy booking in guests. She managed to prepare 2 meals whilst still dealing with guests.

Cons:

Night security man being asleep and awoken by me at 04.30 in the morning as we had an early start to try and keep ahead of the excess heat.

Pros:

la chambre était parfaite, propre, avec clim et une superbe déco, cosy la salle de bain malgré la petite taille est de bonne facture, les éléments de construction, carrelage mur, support de douche sont très beau, le gel douche fourni est agréable, merci d'avoir créé ce petit endroit magique

Cons:

le lit est un peu mou, mais tout est bien sinon.... c'est un peu petit mais c'est plutôt normal pour le prix, et modifier la taille impliquerait de gros travaux.... en tout cas c'est un très bon hôtel !

Highly recommended
Pros:

We arrived in the morning and asked if we could have breakfast for this day instead of the last one due to the early departure. We immediately were invited to breakfast. Besides, our room was ready too. Many thanks for such flexibility and customer orientation. Appreciate it!
Breakfasts were delicious and fresh.
The hotel staff was always friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only minus was that out of our 5 days of stay there was no cleaning service in our room in 2 days.

Top plek voor doorreis
Pros:

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding was top. Bedden lagen comfortabel en de douche was ook goed (wel wat klein). Heel aardig personeel. Parkeren voor de deur was ook super. Wij waren er voor 1 nacht op doorreis en was precies wat we zochten.
