Outside of reception opening hours, head to the entrance of the hotel where a Room Kiosk allows you to retrieve your room number and access code at any time.

Personnel accueillant et prévenant, j'ai apprécié être contactée par téléphone en amont après avoir signalé une heure d'arrivée tardive pour me décrire les étapes de l'enregistrement automatique. Hôtel propre, literie confortable.

Cons:

Il faudrait revoir les peintures anti-moisissures dans les salles de bain qui commencent à être un peu passées.

Codes d'accès qui ne fonctionnent pas, sur-booking de ma chambre, petit-déjeuner de qualité moyenne

Proximité géographique avec l'aéroport.

Cons:

Arrivée tardivement, mes codes d'accès autonomes n'ont pas fonctionné, et pour cause ! L'hôtel avait sur-réservé ma chambre et quelqu'un y dormait déjà ! Il a fallu près de 45 min pour qu'on me trouve une nouvelle chambre dans le même couloir. Aucun geste commercial proposé le lendemain et petit déjeuner fait de pain rassis et de peu de choix. Je suis rarement aussi indigné et fâché par un séjour à l'hôtel.
