Friday and eve of public holidays from 06:30 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 20:30.
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 07:30 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 20:30.

Rooms are available from 2pm and must be vacated by noon on the day of departure.

If you arrive outside reception opening hours, an automatic check-in system is available. Your booking number, booking name and a credit card will be required. Important: the customer must have a physical bank card: virtual bank cards for contactless payment are not accepted at the automatic check-in system.

Pros:

Bon hôtel, propre et calme... proche de la ville

Cons:

Toujours compliqué de finaliser la réservation à 14h... c'est la 3ème fois que je dois appeler pour avoir de l'aide..
Mais la personne au tel est toujours agréable, patiente....

Pratique mais pas d'un niveau 3 étoiles
Pros:

Hôtel situé à côté du zenith donc pratique pour se rendre à pied à un concert. Le centre caliceo se trouve en face de l'hôtel ce qui offre une activité de détente appréciable.
Le personnel est souriant lorsque la réception est ouverte.

Cons:

Pour un hôtel 3 étoiles il manque cruellement de service. Pas de savon dans la salle de bain qui est minuscule. Pas de cafetière ou bouilloire dans la chambre qui est elle aussi petite. Le code d'entrée de la chambre a été changé avant que l'on parte ce qui nous a empêché de récupérer nos affaires, heureusement qu'une femme de ménage passait à l'étage et nous a ouvert avec son pass vu que la réception était fermée.

Bon séjour sur deux nuits. Personnel de l'accueil très agréable.
Pros:

Chambre confortable et petit-déjeuner copieux et varié.
Possibilité d'un repas léger le soir.

Cons:

Arrivant à 13heures, pires difficultés avec l'automate de l'entrée.
