Was nice but breakfast bar was empty and they didn't fill it. Even after told .

First room smelt horrible (like water and mold) but I was offered another room upon request. Second room the wall paper was coming off and mold had started. Wall had stuff on it and looked like blood splatter. Smelt like someone had smoked in the room. Carpet had a powder substance on it and had not been vacuumed.

They gave us a second floor room even though we asked for first floor. And we are handicapped. There were a lot of people coming and going in pick up trucks that look ed kind of suspicious it was unsafe. The pool was dirty.

We left after 20 minutes at the property due to the smell of the room. It wasnt clean. Found bugs on the sheets.

The room was expensive and it smelled moldy. It needs renovations, parts of the room walls & bathroom needs to be patched up.

Nice people and rooms but overall could do way better

They could do better but all around not bad at all.

Was all I expected or required. Great price.

Room smelled bad, did not see housekeeping once during our three night stay.

Run down multiple weekly or monthly people. Felt unsafe. Splatters of something on wall hairs and debris on sheets, Yek!

The pictures do not accurately represent this property. The secondary lock for our room was broken. It was concerning to me since it was an exterior door! The bed was really bouncy and springy. Black mold was on the bathroom vent. The front desk staff were hardly available, with a sign saying “they’d be back momentarily”. Also, sketchy/weird people hanging out in the parking lot. Was definitely not a good stay.

I called approx one week in advance to let them know that I cannot do stairs and didnt want to use an elevator because I had a stroke and I walk with a walker. The man ai talked to said not to worry. All room we on ground level. ( lie number 1) Whe I checked in the man gave me my key and said here you go, your room in on greo7nd floor next to the pool just past the glass door. ( lie number 2) I didnt know the lay out of the hotel, walk to find my room and low and behold it was on the second floor. And to get there was a long flight of stairs. I asked my son to walk back to the office and tell the man that he made a mistake and gave us the wrong key. The man told my son...no mistake we are booked and there are no other rooms. We stayed. Took me awhile to climb the stairs. The room was all the way at the end of a long, long hallway. Took me about an hour to get my breathing back to normal. Carring a walker up a flight of stairs was impossible. Then the room...my God.
The bathroom was filthy. Spider webs, crumbs, and dirty towels. Shameful.

There was black mold under falling down wallpaper. The bed sunk in the middle. The doorknob was very loose. The guy on duty would not honor the price online. We were supposed to stay 2 nights; we left after 1. We did not received a refund for the second night. We will never stay there again.

Mold on all the walls near the ceiling in the bathroom. Towels had stains, pool didn’t have the attention needed for a building was supposedly full. Toilet just runs. I would stay there again if I had to (short term - 3 nights max) but definitely not with my family. Did have a nice view of the lake! It felt safe. Was continently located. Overall, it was ok at best!

Nice place

Simple but comfortable hotel. The room was clean and the staff was attentive. A good option for a short stay.
