Super hôtel, avec un service impeccable et un staff très professionnel et attentionné. Ma copine et moi avons passé un super séjour en Cappadoce, en partie grâce à cette hôtel. Je recommande fortement !

We had a nice stay the Cappadocia View Hotel. It was located on the main road, but slightly away from the busiest section which was a nice escape from the noise and crowds. Our room are a bit dated, but tidy and comfortable (beds on the more firm side). We didn't end up getting breakfast at the hotel, but the rooftop patio is nice with great views.

The staff were very friendly.

Its doesnt look like as in the advert.
Staff are friendly however no response for the complaint raised.
Wifi tooo no sloww.
Leaking bathroom roof.
Hair dryer was not working.
Fridge not working
Kettle rusty inside with lot of limescale ,requested for new and got replaced.
Tv - no international channels
One of the bulb light not working
And the last- visited during august last week, summer time.
Air condition was not working at all.no cool air was coming out.it was raised twice ,told that to leave key with reception have it checked.
No followup.
Asked for another room and was told ' sorry whole hotel rooms are full .i didnt see more than 20 people during breakfast.
Terrace has got view, however in the night it think its only hotel without any lights outside.even receptionist dont know where the light switch are.
It was horrible experience .
Will never ever recommend.

Terrible experience, washroom lock and faucet were broken. Soon after checking in, I complained about these issues and I was told that these will be fixed, but even at the time of check out, none of these were fixed. There was no wifi signals in the room. On top of all, there was party going on the street right besides the hotel and the music was so loud that it felt like its happening within the premise. It went on until 1 am and we couldnt sleep until then.

Ich habe 2 Zimmer gebucht. Die beiden Zimmer in Keller und Steckdose und so weiter defekt. Danach Zimmer gegen Familie Zimmer getauscht. Familie Zimmer war in Ordnung, nur Bad Zimmer nicht ordnung(stinkt).

Hôtel bien situé pour voir les montgolfières. La terrasse est le seul point positif ainsi que la sympathie de l’équipe. Par contre juste en face d’une route très passante et bruyante. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas réapprovisionner et assez moyen. Les chambres ne sont pas propres. Le lavabo était bouché. La chasse d’eau des toilettes ne fonctionnait pas. Certaines serviettes étaient sales, et d’autres sentaient l’humidité des serviettes, mal séchée. Tout est cassé, traîne partout et l’environnement n’est pas top. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Lovely little family run hotel, very friendly staff. Within walking distance of local restaurants and shops. Beautiful views from terrace.

Boa localização, quarto amplo porém mal iluminado, cama confortavel, banheiro amplo porem a bancada da pia é pequena e a cuba menor ainda. Limpeza ok. Bom café da manhã . Internet ruim precisa melhorar. Destaque para recepcionista, atenciosa, gentil e educada.

İşletmedekiler güler yüzlü ve ilgililer. Aile odası temiz ve ferah bir oda. Sabah kahvaltısını beğendik açık büfe tarzı biz memnun kaldık. Göreme merkeze çok çok yakın bir yer. Bir tek beğenmediğin nokta ses yalıtımının iyi olmaması.

시설이 새 것은 아니지만 그런대로 괜찮았습니다
한가지 단점이 화장실에서 하수구 냄새가 좀 납니다
화장실 문을 닫아 두어야 하더군요
화장실 환풍기를 켜면 이용할 때 별 문제는 없었습니다

Hôtel très bien situé à proximité à pied des principales attractions - vallée rose, love vallée...Look sympa de la chambre avec mur en pierre et lit double gigantesque. Accueil super sympa nous expliquant les lieux à voir en Cappadoce.Petit déjeuner avec plein de choix (déconcertant pour le français habitué au pain beurre confiture :) à prendre sur la terrasse avec vue sur la rose vallée et la ville. Plein de restaurants à quelques minutes à pied et parking sur place. Seul bémol, , mauvaise insonorisation des chambres mais qui passe avec les boules quies.

Koridorda atık yataklar bulunuyordu siz hergun görüyorsunuz terasta mobilyalar koltuklar yerlesmemisti, odalar birbirine cok yakin ve ses yalitimi yok cok fazla ses geliyor disarida cok kopek var cok havladi hic uyuyamadik. Otel cok soguk klima acinca isiniyor fakat klima sesinden uyunmuyor yangin alarmi takmislar ve gece surekli mavi isigi yanip sonuyor odada isik yapiyor çalişanlar iyi niyetli ve yardimciydi fakat geldigimiz aksam 2-3 genc birden resepsiyonda oturuyordu ve bu kadin misafirler icin malesef gününüz türkiyesinde guvende hissettirmedi.

Odamız gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. Personel çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Kahvaltısı yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Otelin konumu çok güzeldi, Göreme merkezdeki restoran ve mağazalara birkaç dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi. 2,5 yaşındaki oğlumuzla çok güzel birkaç gün geçirdik ve çok memnun kaldık.
