The price
The location was great, rooms are nice and comfortable. We received a bottle of Cava to the room for a Birthday we celebrated.
We booked a massage for 2pm. The room was not ready before so it was difficult to get ready. The check in is until 3pm but I was told that it would probably be fine. Or after I asked a few times they changed our room to one that was ready so we can get organized.
Also, the massage area is on the roof right near the jacuzzi-so it was noisy from the outside.

רק את צוות הקבלה , לעומת הציון של 9 בבוקינג הייתי מופתעת מאוד הציפיות שלי היו גבוהות לעומת מה שקיבלתי בפועל .
שעות פתיחת הבריכה לא נוחות בכלל , לא היה ג׳קוזי פעיל כמו בתמונות , היה ריח לא נעים במסדרונות, אין חניה מסודרת , חדר בינוני מאוד ומטה , השירותים היו תקולים, לא היו חלוקים בחדר , כשמתקלחים אין מה שיעצור את המים והיו מים בכל חדר השירותים , בגלל בניית הרכבת הקלה לא היו מוניות כשהייתי צריכה והמיקום היה בעייתי. כנראה שלא אחזור
החדר מעוצב יפה והייטקיסטי, מקום מושלם, בריכה וג'קוזי על הגג, למרות שהבריכה היתה קרה.
הצוות היה מקסים, שמח לעזור, שידרגו לנו את החדר וגם נתנו לנו להישאר קצת יותר זמן.
נהננו מאוד 😊
הצוות מתן וקרינה חמודים מאוד היה כיף מיקום מרכזי. שידרגו אותנו ליום הולדת.
