For a city hotel this is exceptionally fantastic
Pros:

Location staff quality of room. There is no need for food in the hotel, as it is located in an ocean of restaurants from simple to gourmet. 15 min walk from sea, but infinity pool is amazing and underused. Feels like it’s private and personal. Never seen more than 5 in the pool at a time. For central TLV this is great. It is not a tourist beach hotel but for a city experience it does not come better.
The rooms are very modern and super appointed.

Cons:

A little noisy at the moment as the tel-Aviv tram system is being installed city-wide. That means that key roads in tel-aviv will be car-free. Give it a year or so. But do not let you put this off.

EPIC location and exactly where you want to be!
Pros:

The location is next level on top of Shuk HaCarmel. The rooftop pool was incredible and worth everything. David at reception was super helpful and accomodating.
