מיקום מעולה, אין יותר טוב מזה. הכל במרחק הליכה קצר
השוק, דיזינגוף, חוף הים, חנויות. פשוט תענוג

Un soggiorno all'insegna del comfort

Posizione eccellente attaccato allo Shuq Carmel
Il quartiere e la via è molto vivace ma l'hotel è silenziosissimo
Struttura stile BauHaus fuori e molto moderna e carina dentro
Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale
Sinceramente la cosa che più mi ha colpito è la professionalità e la gentilezza dello Staff. Tutti ragazzi molto professionali, sempre disponibili e sempre sorridenti, uno Staff del genere non l ho mai trovato nei vari Hotel 5 Stelle In cui di sono stato
Scegliete Poli House per il vostro soggiorno a Tel Aviv e non ve ne pentirete

It was fine but nothing to rave about, hotel needs a proper clean overall!
Pros:

The property was in an unreal location, right by Carmel markets and Sheinkin St and had a roof top pool which was ok however there weren’t enough chairs to sit in but also only about 7 beds to lay in the sun which isn’t enough for the amount of rooms that the hotel has.

Cons:

The property was dirty, when we got to our room the place felt like it hadn’t had a proper clean in months. I was super disappointed and then the check in staff tried to help by showing me another room that we could move to. Unfortunately this was dirty too and smaller than the original. 2.5 hours later the manager was called who showed us a suite, this was to come at an additional cost and had housekeeping there while I saw it however in the end we sorted it out. Bed was comfy and room was fine.

When we went to check out, a different manager/staff member on duty was beyond rude and the price we negotiated with the manager originally at check in wasn’t agreed to - they tried to charge us substantially more.

הצוות היה מדהים וגם המתקנים!

Cons:

התחילו לנקות חדרים לפני השעה של הצ׳ק אאוט
ואם רצינו לישון עד מאוחר בהתאם לשעה שקבענו זה לא היה אפשרי כי היה רועש מהניקיון של חדר אחר

Pros:

The rooftop pool is fantastic, the room is small but comfortable and the balcony overlooking the pedestrian area is a nice bonus.

Cons:

The place is very nicely designed but feels like it's starting to age a bit. Still very clean and comfortable.

Pros:

Je voudrais remercier tout le staff incroyable et particulièrement Matan et l’accueil incroyable de Asaf , le manager. Mor au bar a une playlist musicale géniale et je n’oublierai pas sa gentillesse.
J’ai beaucoup voyagé et le poli House m’a fait pensé au London West Hollywood à Los Angeles .
