交通四通八达，四周有商场超市离车站很近，房间超舒适
Pros:

我喜欢这里提供6种不同味道的浴盐供选择，即使单人房也配有浴缸可以泡澡很舒服。还有这里的床真的很舒服，电视📺也很大，枕头也有4个，虽然小小的房间但是住得很舒服，行李箱记得带前开的，不然可能无法让你平铺在地上打开行李😆然后要赞赏这里早餐选择多，也很美味。工作人员的态度更是一级棒！他们非常乐于助人，我跟他们说我退房后要去大阪，不想拖着大行李想寄放几天21号我再回来入住才领取，他们也很乐意协助。真的很感恩🥰♥️还有这边离开武藏小杉的车站很靠近，拖着行李走路也不辛苦。建筑物很高，很容易找。

也没有不满意，就是价格属于高档酒店的价格，就除了贵点没毛病😆

Awesome. Me and my daughter loved our stay here. The staff are also friendly.
Pros:

It’s conveniently close to everything especially the train station and the big/small shops. This hotel has nice bright ambience.

便利で大満足。Richmond Hotelはいつもいいな。
Pros:

交通アクセス（東急電鉄、JR東日本）が非常によかったです。成田空港からは成田エキスプレスで直通、羽田空港へも近いです。ホテル近辺には、商業施設、レストランが全て揃っていて、何をするのにも大変便利でした。ホテル施設、サービスは、他のRichmond Hotelと同様、満足できるものでした。

Cons:

特にありませんが、強いていうなら、製氷機が置いてあるフロアーが少なかったと思いました。（確か、１フロアーのみ。）

전반적으로 만족하지만 콜택시 이용에 대한 안내는 개선 필요
Pros:

위치, 무사시코스기역 바로 앞에 있고 도큐센 뿐만 아니라 JR도 있어서 교통이 너무 편리했음~그리고 복합상가 뿐만 아니라 큰 마트도 있어서 쇼핑하기 너무 좋았음!

Cons:

공항행 택시를 부탁했는데 추가되는 요금에 대한 설명이 전혀 없었음, 콜비 500엔, 시간 지정할 경우 1000엔에 추가 되는 걸 택시 기사한테 결제할 때 알았음. 사전 안내가 필요함

フロントスタッフが研修中で、きちんとした対応をされなかった。研修終わってから業務に従事させるべきです。
朝食会場、まだ食事中なのに、どんどん皿を片付けに来る。失礼ですよ。
