Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, very tasty and with a wide variety of options. The room was spacious enough and comfortable. The staff were extremely attentive, helpful, and very kind. In addition the hotel’s location is also good.

思っていたよりかなり良かった
Pros:

渋谷や新宿のような大都会感がない分リーゾナブルの価格が魅力的、実は渋谷へも横浜へも駅近で超便利。
部屋全体の使いがってもよく、全体の清潔感もあり必要な器具類はそれなりに揃っていて快適性はグッド。
朝食はなかなかの美味。

Cons:

惜しむらくは、フェースタオルの見てくれが良くない。見た目での清潔感感がないのが残念
バスタオルがあるとありがたいように思う
スタッフは丁寧だが、もう一段明るい笑顔が欲しい
朝食のメニューは豊富だが、自席と料理の位置関係が良くない

Wir waren nun bereits zum 6.Mal im Richmond Hotel und fanden es bisher immer gut, aber dieses Mal waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war schlecht gereinigt, das Zimmer selbst sehr abgewohnt, am Fenster beidseitig große Schimmelflecken, fleckiger Teppich

最高オブ最高！！また来ます！
Pros:

とどろきアリーナでバスケ観戦のため泊まらせていただきました。駅近で交通の便が良く、徒歩圏内にも色々とあってとても良かったです。ウォーターサーバーが各階に置いてあるのも良いなと思いました。駅近な分電車の音はしますが、気になるほどはなくBGMになりました。また高層階で眺めもよく、新幹線が見えたので従姉妹ちゃんと一緒に地味にテンションが上がってました笑

特にないですが、強いて言うなら朝ごはんが想像してたものと違ったなという感じでした。美味しいし満足でしたが、こどもが食べられる品数が少なく、丼ものも楽しみにしていたのですが、2日間とも刺身はまぐろのみ。朝食の写真では色々な種類のものがあったのでせっかくならまぐろ以外も食べたかったです、、、

ホテルフロント含め、スタッフさんの対応はどなたもとても素敵でしたので好印象でしたෆ‪

当日夜遅くに予約を入れたにもかかわらず、フロントの方の雰囲気も話し方もとても柔らかく、説明もとても丁寧でわかりやすかったです。
部屋もちょうど良い広さでとてもキレイに清掃されていて、宿泊のみでしたが親子3人ゆったりと過ごすことができました。
