great for a few nights
Pros:

Very comfy bed and air con was great. Staff were extremely accommodating and family focused. The shower by the pool was surprisingly great and didn't need to extend the room for our late flight.
Hotel was clean throughout.

Cons:

The pool needs some work as the stools are a little hazardous and makes pool questionable to swim in.
Breakfast wasn't great and needs more options.

Rent och snyggt, tyst på rummen med utmärkta sängar. Utrymme för ett bättre serviceutbud.
Pros:

Vi betalade till för frukost. Kunde ha varit lite mer för 250 TBH per person. Vi frågade om att få lite mer varierat pålägg. Svar nej, så vi fick köpa egen ost.
Rent och snyggt, tyst på rummen med utmärkta sängar.

Cons:

Vi saknade en poolbar eller åtminstone en bar på hotellet. Samt att det inte fanns något att köpa på hotellet som t ex vatten. Det var ganska långt till någon minilivs/ 7Eleven.
Balkongerna hade inga stolar eller bord, något som vi förväntade oss

Ich werde da nicht mehr buchen
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, bis auf die 2 Damen am Buffet, die gehen wohl zum lachen in den Keller. An dem Kaffevollautomat konnte man Latte, Cappucchino, schwarzen Kaffe und mehr auswählen.
Das Zimmer war sauber. Es gab Pflegeprodukte, Shampoo, Duschgeld, Seife, Zahnbürste usw. Jeden Tag gab es frische Handtücher und an der Rezeption Badetücher für den Strand.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht so toll. Das Weissbrot lag nicht abgedeckt da und trocknete vor sich hin. Der gekochte Schinken, die Würstchen sowie die Spiegeleier in den Warmhaltebehältern waren kalt. Die Thailändischen Speisen waren auch nicht warm sagte meine Frau. Die Teller am Tisch wurden erst abgeräumt nachdem man den Tisch verlassen hat und nicht zwischendurch so wie ich das von anderen 4 Sterne Hotels gewohnt bin. Als Obst gab es Ananas und Wassermelone das war ok.
Das Wasser im ganzen Hotel kam Intervallweise. Knapp 30 Sekunden normal und dann etwa 7 Sekunden wenig. Zudem gehrten die Toiletten da wo das Wasser steht mit der Bürste gereinigt, leider habe ich auch im Eingangsbereich bei de Toiletten keine Bürsten gesehen.
Alles in allem ist das Hotel höchstens 3 Sterne Wert, aber keine 4.

Da wir 5 Wochen da waren war unser Urlaub diesmal sehr enttäuschend,selbst Kamala ist dreckig

Am besten war ,das wir jeden Tag frische Handtücher bekamen,auch für den Strand

Cons:

Hotelausstattung,Sauberkeit,die Lage,Balkon nur für Wäsche zum trocknen,nichts zum hin setzen,Frühstück,immer das gleiche,nur Suppen gab es jeden Tag ,eine andere. Nachts sehr laut,da Balkonfenster nur einfach verglast war,musste mit Ohrstöbsel schlafen. Zimmertüren von den Hotelgästen wurden laut geschlossen,wegen der Türautomatic.
Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht gereinigt,lag noch Wäsche unterm Waschbecken vom Vormieter.
Wir waren da 5 Wochen,leider keine gute Buchung,Booking sollte sich da mal gedanken machen,was man Urlaubern zumuten kann.Für uns jedenfalls war es bisher das schlechteste Hotel in Patong vor 2 Jahren war es viel besser

Dobra lokalizacja i wygodne pokoje

Dobra lokalizacja blisko plaży Kamala, nocnego życia i restauracji.

Cons:

Personel nie był zbyt gościnny, udzielił mi jedynie kilku informacji i to wszystko. Brak ręczników plażowych. Brak normalnego okna w pokoju.

No windows in my room,like a prison cell. Location on a major crossroads,so the noise is very bad,with certain people racing up and down the road, thinking it's sliverstone
