The lovely staff at the front and door

Cons:

Cleaning is a problem i had to ask 3 times for my bathroom to be cleaned and the cleaner ignore it
They dont vaccum or change the bed sheet only replace towels

ヨッサム駅からすぐに位置するのでロケーションは悪くない。

Cons:

・とにかく寒い。ヒーター？の電源を入れても寒くシャワー後部屋に出るのがしんどかった。
・フロントへ電話で伝えたが｢wait a minutes｣と言われ電話を切られ、その後折り返しも無し。
・窓が小さく部屋が暗い

It was amazing, great and kind people working and quiet room.
Pros:

Capace was amazing. I had to book last-minute accommodation after a terrible experience at another hotel, and staying here was such a relief.

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and for the first time in days I was finally able to rest and get a good night’s sleep. They genuinely care about their guests and always made sure to help with anything I needed.

Because of this great experience, I ended up booking two more times and stayed here for a total of two weeks.

The location is also very convenient: there is a convenience store right downstairs and public transport is close by, making it easy to get around. I will come back!! Thank you <3

I'd rather book a stay in prison.
Cons:

Genuinely the worst hotel experience. I'd consider myself extremely tolerant and tend to give the benefit of the doubt if a few mishaps take place or if my expectations are misguided by marketing. I was already apprehensive given the fact that this hotel was heavily promoted on booking.com and discounted suspiciously more than any other hotel. However, I was amazed by the truly fecal service and depressing environment my mom and I found ourselves trapped in. Communication was severely impaired as the staff could not speak English (massive understatement), which is confusing for a hotel advertised towards internationals. The bedroom 'sofa' bench reeked of a pungent odour, the kind that makes you question if there was a BBL leak. Our shower drain was clogged, which we can only assume is a green initiative by the hotel as we forcibly took short showers before we unlocked the luxury of an indoor pool. We returned from a medical intervention with doctor's instructions to layer 2-3 pillows for recovery, so we kindly asked the hotel staff for extra pillows. What I naively understood to be a baseline service provided by quite literally any accommodation turned into a guilt-stricken plea for a crumb of extra comfort and in this case medical necessity. With our request categorically denied, I begged for just one extra pillow = DENIED. We asked a staff member to microwave our convenience store food and once he had practically incinerated it since after all we were in hell, he could barely grab the package by its edges. So I pointed towards a stack of clean HEAT INSULATING plates to which he responded no and bbq-ed my HEAT CONDUCTING hand instead. Finally, edged at the corner of the room were narrow piss-coloured curtains to match our piss-coloured walls, revealing a lanky window - our only visual access to the outside world.

Great value, very helpful staff, off the main streets just enough. I’d be happy to stay here again.
Pros:

24 hour reception very helpful. I arrived at 6:30am, so I had booked the previous night. I advised the hotel of this through booking.com messaging before arrival, they replied they understood and all was fine.
My fear was that they would cancel the booking if I did not check in the day prior as this has happened at other hotels previously. Not an issue here.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Wifi works well.

Cons:

Heating. I like a room temperature around 20 degrees or colder to sleep comfortably. This room seemed to be stuck around 26 degrees. The heating appears to be non responsive to trying to change the temperature. I contacted reception, they explained air conditioner is disabled in winter, they changed the temperature via the room controller, the same way I had tried but it did not seem to work. In the end I opened the window which helped.
