Pros:

The room was clean and all you need for a quick stay in Seoul, very accessible to Yeoksam train station and bus stops nearby. The hotel is eco friendly so do not expect a frequent change of bed sheets or towel as it will be charged to do so. Otherwise the staff was very kind to assist us in any matters.

Perfect stay for Seoul
Pros:

I loved staying here! I felt very comfortable and safe as a solo female traveller. Thank you for being so kind and welcoming.
Reception staff were friendly and so helpful throughout the trip too. I appreciated the 24 hour concierge.
Best part for me- being close to a metro station (Yeoksam). I used this everyday. Gangnam station is also close by. Starfield Library (in one of the big shopping malls) is two stops away. Perfect.
Room was big and the bed was very comfy.
Shower was great too.
I only booked the hotel 2 days before I arrived as had a change of plans with who I was originally staying with. So pleased I booked this hotel.

Cons:

Although there was a big mirror in bathroom, it wasn’t full length. I would have loved a full length mirror but otherwise all perfect.

Cons:

I booked Capace Hotel Gangnam because the Booking.com listing showed free private parking and 24-hour check-in.

However, when I arrived, the hotel demanded KRW 30,000 for parking. I explained that I booked based on the free parking information, but the front desk was unfriendly and claimed this was Booking.com’s issue, not theirs.

Next day morning the information was modified on the listing (thankfully I saved proof with screenshots)

The team was not only incredibly rude but far from professional blaming and charging the guest for their mistake.

清潔感があり2番線ヨッサム駅①出口近くで便利
Pros:

ベッドがキングサイズで清潔感がある。バスローブあり。シャンプー、リンス、ボディシャンプー、ドライヤーも完備。ベッド横に、照明、エアコンのリモコンがあるのは嬉しい。
江南駅の隣りの駅で、大変便利。ホテルの2軒先ににコンビニ、またスタバ、食堂も周りにあるので立地が良い。

Cons:

長期滞在には向かない。壁が薄いせいか隣りの人と朝8時前後からの館内工事がうるさく起こされてしまった。
電子レンジがないが、フロントの方が親切で温めてくれた。３つ買ったおかゆが2度目以降頼みにくくて廃棄してしまった。
Booking.comホテル館内の写真にコインランドリーらしき物が6台写っているが、実際は一袋500,000ウォンのクリーニング用洗濯機でした。

Pros:

The staff was courteous and they always greeted me when I left and returned.

Cons:

The rooms windows face another building. You couldn't get any sun light thru the window. The room wasn't cleaned well during the 8 days I stayed. I received fresh towels but I noticed the bathroom wasn't cleaned and the carpet floor still had the trash that was left. All they did was put new towels in the room. And kind of made bed. But if I had clothes on the bed they didn't make the bed.

Quiet and convenient
Pros:

The location is really great. It’s in a business district instead of a touristy area, so it feels quieter and less crowded. There are lots of little streets nearby with some great hidden food spots. The beautiful park with the royal tombs is also within walking distance. The staff were super kind and helpful, and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
