I wouldn't change anything. If anything just upgrade. I like it the way it is.

I travelled to Legazpi in my car for one day/night to take care of some business with a government office. Just needed an inexpensive, clean, comfortable and safe place to spend the night. Neuhaus in fits the bill. The hotel is inside a walled area and has a covered parking space adjacent to each room. Very safe. Rooms are spacious and clean. Neuhaus Inn is great for business travel purposes but not so much as a vacation resort type hotel.

I arrived late due to aflight delay, staff were waiting at reception and called a porter to see me toy room.

They have no mirror outside the comfort room,also their shower dismantled most often..cheap type ..

Staff are accommodating and place meet my requirements but would strongly suggest that towels and toiletries be replenished without demand if the guests are staying more than a day. Thanks!

Hotel is pure Filipino standards.

The worst part of this hotel is the so-called free internet service. The hotel blames the bad connection on the local service provider (SP), but I found out the hotel only provides DSL cable service, not fiber. DSL is the lowest standard provided by an SP. And, the connection is very unstable. Logging on every minute or so is a requirement.

Beds in the rooms are just thin outdoor plastic covered cushions with a very thin foam pad on top. Sort of like sleeping on a floor.

Room cleaning service is inconsistent and bad. We stayed in this hotel for many days to its best location to visit our family, so we watched the same spider web on the corner wall grow and grow. It was a constant reminder to the staff to provide daily water, soap, and toilet paper.

Food from the restaurant is typical Filipino. Edible, but poor quality.

This was my first and last visit to this hotel. Desperate consideration should be given for anyone to want to stay here for anything more than a single day.

The hotel is fine for short stays, but don't expect exceptional service. Here are a few points noted:
(1) Hotel Staff is accommodating, though smiles are an effort to achieve. Hotel staff is not "proactive" in their service to customers.
(2) Food quality is average, at best, for good Philippine cuisine.
(3) Internet service is poor, very poor. If you can get logged on, you must continue to logon every minute or so. Don't expect to be able to download anything larger than an email note or file. Social networking or downloading a picture/video file is nearly impossible.
(4) Daily Room Service must be requested each and every day, by turning your room key back to the reception. It is not part of the normal daily maintenance schedule..
(5) Rooms do come with complimentary water, soap, and toilet tissue, but you have to ask for each item on a daily basis.

Very convenient location if travelling by car. Parking is in front of the room and so very secure. Room is spacious and clean. No restaurant but room service available.

Staff were pleasant, Food was good. The bathroom floors were slippery, no place to put the toiletries and there should be a floor mat.

Very convenient and accessible from the city proper. Parking is safe.

No sheets in one of the bed and when I asked for them no one came.

I travel to Legazpi, Albay a couple of times per year for shopping and business purposes. I always stay at the Neuhaus Inn because the rooms are large, the facility has a wall around it, and there is an individual parking garage for most rooms. The Inn serves my purpose for a secure, clean and roomy place to stay. I reserved and paid for the room through Expedia using my credit card.

I was surprised on my latest stay to have to pay a 1,000 peso per room "incidental fee," in cash, refundable when I checked out. I had reserved two rooms and I did not have 2,000 pesos in cash on me for the fee. I had to go to my bank during a heavy rain to make a withdrawal to cover this fee. Other hotels I have been to charge this type of fee, but it works as a temporary hold placed on a credit card that I never actually see. Here, the front desk personnel explained that if it went on my credit card, it would be an actual charge that wouldn't be reversed for weeks. I'm not too happy about this unexpected, inconvenient (although temporary) cash fee. The cash was returned when I checked out without issue. My guess is this is a fee to deter guests from stealing towels or other room property.

The hotel was at a really good location. 15 minute tricycle to ATV bikes to Mayon Volcano and Kagasawa ruins. 5 minute drive to the airport. The room is what you would expect of an inn - just has everything you need. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

It was very clean. The staff was great. The only problem I had was occasionally the WiFi wouldn't work very well. I believe that was due to being too far away from the office. But other than that I was very very happy with my stay there. And I would highly recommend it!

The property is quite new, good for those who would be bringing cars as they have parking available per room. Rooms are clean and though it is close to the airport, not quite disturbing - we still had a good night's sleep.

wi fi was not available in our room during our stay. CR tiles kinda dark better if light colored. Location was very nice overlooking Mayon.
