I have stayed several times and am disappointed that the standard is getting worse rather than better.
Pros:

The staff are always polite and happy.

Cons:

The shower drain was blocked and ant’s appeared on my cake in the table in room in a very short time.

Good location and value for money. Surin is a really nice town.
Pros:

Location near to Surin Train Station was good.
Staff were very helpful and attentive when needed.
Breakfast was okay and it would be nice to have a fruit selection available.
Laundry service was timely and affordable, thank you.
Overall experience was good , thank you.

Cons:

A safe box in room is standard in hotels these days, there was not one or safety latch on door.
The air conditioner was a bit noisy at night so I turned it off.
The bed was quite firm but was not a big issue for me , maybe for others who need a softer bed , check first.

Die 2. Nacht war dann gut. Das 1. Zimmer sehr einfach.
Pros:

Die nette und einsichtige Dame an der Rezeption. Fürs Geld okay.

Cons:

Einfaches Zimmer, mit nicht funktionierender Klimaanlage. Nach der Reklamation bekamen wir für die 2. Nacht ein viel schöneres und größeres Eckzimmer. Das Frühstück ist halt thailändisch. Der Frühstücksraum düster und abartig kalt.

Ich Reise seit Monaten durch Thailand und bin in vielen Hotels gewesen, immer in der Preisklasse um die 30 € pro Nacht. Aber was ich in diesem Hotel für dieses Geld bekommen habe, war schon sehr schmal. Das Hotel am Eingang und in der Lobby eigentlich Ganz schön der erste Eindruck passt aber wenn du dann in den Aufzug steigst, hast du schon das Gefühl oh oh oh wenn du dann im elften Stock rauskommst erinner, dass er an einen Lieferanten Eingang als an ein Hotel und auch das Zimmer war wohl sauber, aber sowas von ins Alter gekommen wo ich sagen muss für dieses Geld hätte ich was besseres erwartet. Das Frühstück mag für Thailänder ausreichend sein für Europäer jedoch absolut unter dem Durchschnitt.
Ich fasse es noch mal zusammen, das Hotel war das Geld in keinster Weise wert! Und ich bin wirklich kein Mensch, der über alles meckert und sich beschwert aber dieses Hotel sollte man wirklich meiden, wenn man zumindest etwas Entspannung und Gemütlichkeit haben will.
