Mooie locatie en gezellig.
Pros:

Direct aan het strand en heel vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

We hadden eerst een bungalow gehuurd maar die sloeg wat tegen. Klein, donker een krakende vloeren. Maar we hebben deze naar een kamer in het hoofdgebouw kunnen omruilen.

The overall experience was wonderful and you can't beat the Location.
Pros:

Visited start of June 26. Stayed in a Beach Front Bungalow. A bit small. There was nowhere to sit inside. Apart from that, it had everything you needed. There was a balcony area with table and chairs and the Beach was terrific. Staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary beach lounge chairs for Guests. Location was wonderful and there were Supermarkets and Restaurants only a couple minutes walk away. WiFi was available throughout the Resort.

Cons:

For the Beach Front Bungalows would have been nice to have a tap at steps to wash feet after coming off Beach. Worked around this by leaving a couple of water bottles on balcony.

Pros:

Breakfast was average, need more variety. The same 4 fruits every day. Not enough choice with cereal. Only 3 boring ones

Cons:

Have a bit more variety in everything. A lot of things need maintenance. Most of the sun chairs need to be fixed. Our bathroom had a leak, there was water always on the floor

Très bon emplacement. Belle piscine. Ménage très bien fait. Près des commerces et restaurants

Cons:

Odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre et salle de bien malgré les efforts de la gentille femme de ménage. Matelas HS. Très vieillissant. Des travaux sont nécessaires. Les gens qui fument du cannabis dans les espaces publics piscine et plage c est très désagréable.

Make sure if you book room you state 2 people per room or you won't get your breakfast...don't assume lilke me on Koh Samet or Koh Chang that your room is for 2 people including breakfast explain you need 2 people for breakfast every day ...

Geniale Aussicht in grossem Zimmer
Pros:

Das grosse Zimmer hatte eine super Aussicht aufs Meer und den Pool, das Bett war sehr bequem und die Badewanne war so gross, dass ich mich komplett ausstrecken konnte und hatte zudem noch Arm und Fusslehnen, was sie sehr bequem gemacht hat. Man war sehr schnell beim Strand und es gab Massage- sowie Jetskiangebote.

Cons:

Der Aufzug war leider etwas laut, da er beim ankommen immer ein "Ding" Geräusch gemacht hat, was den Tag durch nicht schlimm war, aber da die Gäste teilweise auch mitten in der Nacht zurück kamen war es etwas störend.

Pros:

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Coconut Beach Resort in Lamai Beach insgesamt sehr genossen. Wir hatten vier Bungalows gemietet, die nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt lagen. Besonders gefallen hat uns der kleine tropische Garten vor den Bungalows – die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön und sorgt für eine entspannte Atmosphäre.

Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass bei ausgeschalteter Klimaanlage ein unangenehmer Geruch aus den Abflüssen kam. Außerdem hatten wir gelegentlich eine Kakerlake im Badezimmer. Da wir in Thailand unterwegs waren, haben wir das jedoch als Teil der tropischen Umgebung akzeptiert und uns dadurch den Urlaub nicht verderben lassen.

Der größte Kritikpunkt war leider der Check-out. Uns wurde an der Rezeption mitgeteilt, dass zwei Handtücher und ein Bettlaken dauerhaft verschmutzt seien und wir diese bezahlen müssten. Die betreffenden Gegenstände wurden uns nicht gezeigt, sondern lediglich Fotos präsentiert. Da uns nicht bewusst war, etwas außergewöhnlich verschmutzt zu haben, empfanden wir die Situation als unangenehm und wenig transparent. Schade, denn dieser Vorfall hat den ansonsten sehr schönen Aufenthalt getrübt.

Insgesamt ist das Resort aufgrund der tollen Lage direkt am Strand und der schönen Bungalows durchaus empfehlenswert, beim Auschecken sollte man jedoch aufmerksam sein.

Pros:

The location was fabulous aside from the rundown neighboring properties. Having a restaurant onsite was wonderful. The beach and loungers were great.

Cons:

The constant sewage smell coming from the water and drains was not good. The staff at times were very cold/unfriendly even though we were smiley and kind to them. The pool was green from algae half the time we were there.
