Putrid sewage issue & now ignoring all our contact attempts to get the refund they promised us as it was not safe.
Pros:

I am writing this review in hopes that the hotel might finally respond to my contact attempts. We booked for a few nights but upon arrival we were checked into a room on the ground floor that had a serious sewage issue. The toilet, shower & sink all emitted a putrid sewage smell and no matter what we did we couldn’t fix it. We went straight back to reception, the staff all laughed with each other as if they were expecting us to come back. They told us there was nothing they could do about the smell so we asked if we could go to another room. The smell was so awful you couldn’t even stand in the room as it was constantly coming out of the bathroom. They told us they had no other rooms available. After some back and fourth the staff agreed that the room was not fit for stay and offered us a refund so we could find other accommodation as they didn’t have a room for us. They gave us an email to contact to retrieve our refund and we have video evidence of them offering a refund. We contacted the email with our evidence multiple times but have not had a single response so am having to take to a public review.

Perfekte Unterkunft in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist für uns perfekt, das einzige Hotel mit Naturschatten, deshalb sind wir „Wiederholungstäter“
Zentral gelegen und im Haupthaus schöne große Zimmer.

Cons:

Es gibt nicht wirklich Negativpunkte, das einzige, die neuen Auflagen der Strandliegen sind wirklich sehr hart

Le chalet juste sur le réfectoire réveillé le matin par les bruits de vaisselle et de grincements de chaise, nous avons ete demandé a la réception pour changer d’emplacement le manager nous a même pas regardé et nous a répondu non par la personne de l’accueil
A 1200€ une place de merde comme ça c’est du jamais vécu

I’m a wheelchair person and everything was amazing.
Pros:

It is located right in the middle of night life and yet on the beach so no noise. The staff are all so helpful just a fantastic trip.

Cons:

450 Baht fürs Frühstück ist überteuert,sowie Preise im Restaurant ob essen oder trinken paar Minuten an Beach nur 40% günstiger…nicht gut für die Hotel Gäste !!!!
Eigentlich wäre ein Rabat angebracht für die eigenen Gäste!!!
