Maryo Resort Chiangrai

This was a subpar experience for us. The room was very dated. The AC had issues and leaked water all over the window sill and floor. The shower didn’t make sense, it was a walk in shower but the water went everywhere. The breakfast was limited and perhaps it’s no surprise but it seemed like we were the only hotels guests during our stay.

Ein super Hotel.Klein aber fein. Super Preis-Leistung. Kann man uneingeschräckt empfehlen👍

Très joli jardin, mais la chambre n'est pas à la hauteur de la note donnée sur hôtel.com , c'est décevant, chambre sombre , vétuste et remontée d'égout qui donne des odeurs nauséabondes.....

A very enjoyable stay in an excellent hotel with beautiful gardens and superb staff.I thoroughly reccommend the place and will return when I am next in Chiang Rai. It is a little way outside town but when using the grab taxi app on my phone it only costs about 60- to seventy Baht to the clock tower in the city centre.

The grounds are beautiful. It is a bit away from town and the shuttle is not free? As advertised. No street noise but the roosters are relentless. Very clean. Beds are miserable, but the lovely staff did what they could to fix them. Breakfast is fine, and the two very shy hosts do what they can for you. Amm at front desk was very lovely and helpful, as were the room staff.

We stayed at the Maryo for a couple of nights to experience the delights of Chiang Rai. The hotel was in a good location with a few walkable shops (7-Eleven) and coffee shops. Grabs found the resort easily most of the time too - these were needed for many of the major attractions as the resort is slightly out of the way.

The resort itself was a lovely place to stay - clean and comfortable with lots of beautiful butterflies flying around the well-designed and managed gardens. It was quiet and calm, which we liked.

The room itself was super and exactly what we needed. The bed was comfy, bathroom was clean and the amenities were good. The air conditioning worked well and the fridge was very useful!

The pool was a great addition but only 6 sunbeds and 2 chairs meant we were unable to use it when a coach tour checked in on our penultimate day.

The restaurant on site was pretty good and we tried the included breakfast for one of the mornings. The food and drink was as expected and the hotel tried their best to manage the inevitable flies and ants (although the fruit was best avoided the morning we went!)

Check in and check out were easy and the friendly staff were always on hand to help and answer questions and requests.

Overall, it was a great stay at a great place. Thank you to everyone there.

Hotel, très bien, mais la personne à l’accueil qui s’appelle Ythara est énormément désagréable. J’ai fait une tache de jus d’orange sur mon lit ils m’ont fait payer 300 baths. Pour la tache c’est la première fois deux ma vie que je vois ça et c’est la personne de l’accueil Qui est venu pour me faire payer les 300 baths Si il y a pas assez de monde dans l’hôtel il n’y a pas de buffet. On vous sert un petit bout de fruits et un petit plat pendant notre séjour sont arrivés un groupe et nous avons eu un vrai petit déjeuner mais autrement pas grand-chose mais l’hôtel est convenable, sans la personne de l’accueil.

This hotel is lovely breakfast okay has egg station we stayed in standard room which was okay but upgraded to pool view and really liked the room it has a bath with shower

Cute place, nice environment and ,good breakfast ,helpful staff, alcoholic drinks (apart from beer)are on the high side but otherwise everything else was perfect

Nice and friendly staff at the reception.

Waren hier al eerder geweest, rustig complex vlak van bij het centrum.
Was nu extreem rustig i.v.m. corona.
De luxe kamer, zijn aan renovatie toe, zeker de badkamer.
Verder prima, leuk zwembadje. Ontbijt goed en aardig personeel.

Posto molto tranquillo e a due passi dal centro città. Buona colazione e pulizia della stanza.

Das Hotel ist gut im Schuss und die MA sind kompetent und freundlich. Der Pool ist nicht sehr tief aber wir sind nicht zum Schwimmen gekommen. Die Auswahl beim Morgenessen ist gut! Auf Wunsch werden die Zimmer jeden Tag gereinigt und das sehr gründlich. Zu Fuss ist es vom Zentrum etwas weit (2km?) aber machbar

Good hotel, clean, friendly staff. It is a distance from everything but really not bad at all. Free shuttle to night market was great.

環境優美、清淨、最獨特是房間早晚都光猛、這是我倆最喜歡的。早餐也不錯、酒店員工服務及态度都很好。不滿意是泳池太細及早上沒有免費車出市區，因酒店畢竟比較偏。

I would come chiangrai booking the same resort again

Fairly good location but a long walk into town and you need to take a cab in the heat. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nice pool to relax by if you want a break from sightseeing. Very convenient having the restaurant on site. We had an air condition unit leak which was attended to immediately and we were provided with a new room without question or fuss. The only thing that put me off slightly was the window feature in the rooms bathrooms, very odd, but I guess if you're in the habit of chatting to your partner whist they are in the shower or on the loo, its ok! Lots of complimentary items. Slightly noisy at times but mostly due to other guests, not the staff.

This is our second stay at Maryo. It is a lovely oasis in Chiang Rai. We appreciate the helpful staff and the lovely pool. Our only complaint is that the AC in our last room was not sufficiently cool, and we had a somewhat warmer night than we like.
