Pros:

Die tolle Lage direkt an der Rheinpromenade. Die wunderbare Aussicht vom Balkon, oder der Terrasse. Das liebevoll angerichtete Frühstücksbuffet. Das überaus freundliche Personal.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht klimatisiert.

Pros:

Die Lage zum Rhein war optimal und das Frühstück war ausreichend und Nachhaltig.

Störender Bahnverkehr und eine sehr befahrene Straße vorm Hotel.

Sehr freundliches Personal, angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück, es wird immer nachgelegt. Für beide Gäste im DZ je eine Schlüsselkarte. Zentral gelegen mit direktem Zugang zur verkehrsfreien/-beruhigten Altstadt und wenigen Schritten zur Rheinpromenade. Großer TV-Bildschirm. Balkon zur Rheinseite. Kostenloses Wasser mit und ohne Sprudel aus dem Aufbereitungsautomaten im ersten Stock.

Cons:

Check-in erst ab 15 Uhr. Sehr frühes Frühstück werktags (7-9 Uhr), am Wochenende (8-10 Uhr). Keine Hotelparkplätze. Keine Beutel in den Abfallkörben.

Short stay during German trip
Pros:

Nice location on the riverbank, good room with a small balcony. Staff were excellent, breakfast was good, we were able to relax in the bar in the evenings. The hotel was close to the town centre which has a good range of shops and restaurants. The station was only a few minutes walk. Geyser and other attractions all close by. We would happily stay here again.

Cons:

Room was smaller than some we'd stayed in, but still a reasonable size.

Pros:

Es war positiv überraschend das es einen Wasserspender auf der Etage gab und dazu sehr schöne, handliche Flaschen dafür auf dem Zimmer. Preis/Leistung war mMn unschlagbar.

Erfreulich, erfrischend und ich habe mich in guten Händen gefühlt.
Pros:

Am meisten wirklich die Freundlichkeit vom Personal und auch vom Chef. Die Lage, also direkt, man hat im ersten und im zweiten Stock eine Terrasse mit Blick auf den Rhein. Also das ist sensationell, diese Aussicht. Das gesamte Hotelkonzept ist wirklich sehr, sehr gut und hat mir wirklich sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Ich war schon öfters hier und immer wenn ich in Andernach zu tun habe, meine erste Wahl ist immer Hotel zum Anker.

Die Betten waren Mega-gemütlich!
Tolle Fassade, sehr breite Frühstücksauswahl, richtiges Rührei, mega nettes Personal! Danke fürs Anpacken mit dem Gepäck!
