For a smooth and enjoyable stay, please note the following important information:

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in. If you're under 21, you can only check in if accompanied by a parent or official guardian. In March, guests under 25 will also need a parent or guardian for check-in. A $200 security deposit is required upon arrival, which will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to a property inspection.

Parking is available for one vehicle at $12 plus tax per night. Additionally, a resort fee of $10 plus tax per night applies. Early check-in is available for a fee, and if you plan to arrive outside regular check-in hours, please inform us in advance.

Beach access is located on Flamingo Road, and the property is happy to receive up to two medium-sized packages for you free of charge prior to your arrival. Any additional packages will incur a surcharge, though packages received after check-in will not be subject to storage fees.

When checking in, please ensure you have a valid photo ID and credit card. Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

The only problem was I still have not gotten my 200.00 but from my bank..and the shower water was very slowly going out. I am happy that you now have more housekeeping workers.. this stay was much better then the first time..THANK YOU.

Clean comfortable, value for money, good location, would stay again
Pros:

Good location, room was big and comfortable, bed was large and facilities in the room very good and all working. Pool was clean with sun loungers and covered beds if you needed to keep out of the direct sunshine. Beach chairs could be hired from reception which was a nice touch. Parking was included in the price.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

Not staying in this area again.

Cons:

Beach access is only on a public beach, which the night we were there was shut off and with all the condos you cant get through anywhere else.. The hotel is on the opposite side of the street than the beach is. Where the night life is is a good 20-30 min walk. They advertise they have an airport shuttle, they do not. That consist of you getting your own ride.

The room are really old need to be updated great location bathroom tub really old water didn’t drain when taking a shower so disgusting

Don’t expect much. Nice place to stay if you’re on a budget. Very simple and basic.
Pros:

It was clean. Rooms were basic but dreary and dark. Staff were pleasant and nice. No complaints here.

Cons:

The biggest complaint is the location. The ad on booking said beach access. This is far from the truth. No beach access at all. It’s across from the water but you can’t access this area of beaches. Very misleading. The hotel is old. Although it says it’s renovated, it’s not or it’s cheaply done. But it’s reflected in the price. It’s not an expensive place to stay. So you get what you pay for. Pool is very rugged and old.
