For a smooth and enjoyable stay, please note the following important information:

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in. If you're under 21, you can only check in if accompanied by a parent or official guardian. In March, guests under 25 will also need a parent or guardian for check-in. A $200 security deposit is required upon arrival, which will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to a property inspection.

Parking is available for one vehicle at $12 plus tax per night. Additionally, a resort fee of $10 plus tax per night applies. Early check-in is available for a fee, and if you plan to arrive outside regular check-in hours, please inform us in advance.

Beach access is located on Flamingo Road, and the property is happy to receive up to two medium-sized packages for you free of charge prior to your arrival. Any additional packages will incur a surcharge, though packages received after check-in will not be subject to storage fees.

When checking in, please ensure you have a valid photo ID and credit card. Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Honestly nothing what was shown on the website was not what the property looks at all obviously they know and that’s why I will never use Booking to do my business .

Very good value stay, for night before cruise.
Pros:

Very pleased with accommodation. Spacious room, lloyd of space and good facilities.

Cons:

The property location is close to the beach but access is restricted due to all beach front properties not allowing access through. We were given a voucher for a drink at Tiki bar on the beach but not easy to find. Felt like trespassing going though a hotel to access the beach.

Comfy beds but not great beach access.
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable. The pool was clean. Amazing water pressure in the shower. The beach chair rental was a bonus!

Cons:

The location is deceiving. The 4 minute walk to the beach includes crossing a divided highway and walking through another hotel and restaurant. The whole hotel had a moldy or musty smell. The ice machine was far. The pillows were too small and needed to be replaced.

Not modern facility. Free laundry facility++ but secluded--install cameras for rape and muggings

Facility was old. I expected more from WYNDHAM resorts to impress me. Parking fees should not be a part of staying at a hotel--you have to park to be there anyway
