For a smooth and enjoyable stay, please note the following important information:

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in. If you're under 21, you can only check in if accompanied by a parent or official guardian. In March, guests under 25 will also need a parent or guardian for check-in. A $200 security deposit is required upon arrival, which will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to a property inspection.

Parking is available for one vehicle at $12 plus tax per night. Additionally, a resort fee of $10 plus tax per night applies. Early check-in is available for a fee, and if you plan to arrive outside regular check-in hours, please inform us in advance.

Beach access is located on Flamingo Road, and the property is happy to receive up to two medium-sized packages for you free of charge prior to your arrival. Any additional packages will incur a surcharge, though packages received after check-in will not be subject to storage fees.

When checking in, please ensure you have a valid photo ID and credit card. Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Cons:

Olisi ollut mukava jos allasalueella olisi ollut asiakkaille grillauspaikka ja useampi pöytä ja tuoleja aterioimiseen. Useissa Lauderdalin hotelleissa on mahdollisuus oleskella puutarhassa ei vain uida ja ottaa aurinkoa. " makoilumökkejä" oli liian paljon ja aika moni oli tyhjänä. Siitä sais tilaa grillausalueelle ja oleskelulle.

It was OK for two nights stay
Pros:

It was clean, but Old

Cons:

Too far away from everything fun, not as close to the beach as stated online, on a main road, some staff were not helpful at all, once we figured out the buses, that worked great as only paid one dollar for a person to travel down to where all the action was. Had difficulty pulling up the schedule so I had to wait until our bus came.

Enjoyed hotel was clean, great location within walking distance of everything we needed & service was good!

Close to beach, nice pool, got free beach chairs & beach towels , had rental shuttle to get to airport

Cons:

This was a wonderful budget location to enjoy the Florida beach vibe in a great neighborhood.
Pros:

The room was great..super comfortable bed, room to move around, and a fridge and microwave. It was in a very nice neighborhood, about 10 minutes walk from a beautiful expanse of beach. Places to eat and buy food were close by. The pool area was really nice...lots of loungers and landscaping. The water in the pool was nice and warm. The bus stops were easy to get to for venturing into other parts of the city.

Cons:

We didn't like the cigarette smoke by the pool, but it wasn't too bad.
