EXCELENTE SERVICIO
Pros:

Ubicacion y desayuno excelente!
Con la habitación solo habia un tema minimo que las luces MASTER no siempre encendían. Pero la vista y las amenidades eran muy buenas.

Los asensores son lentos.

Pros:

I spent quite a long time choosing a hotel in Singapore, and I chose Hotel Royal — and I definitely made the right choice. The hotel is excellent. It is a beautiful building in a very convenient location close to Chinatown.

The rooms are comfortable, the air conditioning works very well, and everything with the water and bathroom facilities was perfectly fine.

I stayed on the Club Floor, which I really enjoyed. It was very nice to have access to a separate pool and a quieter breakfast area with fewer people. The whole atmosphere felt much more private and relaxed.

I would especially like to thank Nat Hi Ni from the reception team, who was always ready to help and did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

If we come to Singapore again, we will definitely stay at the same hotel.

Pros:

朝食が良かった。セブン-イレブンがすぐ近くにある。

Cons:

朝食会場に行くのが面倒だった。16階から一度１２階のレセプションの前をとおり、1階のレストランに行くのにエレベーターを２回乗らないといけない。

Great break in Singapore
Pros:

The club room facilities were excellent, great location. Lovely overall vibe.

Cons:

The bathroom was very poor , the shower flooded the whole floor and then didn’t drain so you had to walk in standing water . This also meant that this moisture was always in the room and nothing dried. This would prevent me from rebooking this hotel .
