A 4* hotel that truly delivers a 5* experience and service
Pros:

A 4* hotel that truly delivers a 5* experience and service. Everything was excellent. I highly recommend spending a bit extra for a Club Room — the Club Floor access is absolutely worth it and has a great vibe. The pool and surrounding area there are much nicer than the public pool.

It was amazing to chill and relax at the Club Floor after a day out. The space had calming spa music, a separate reception, and plenty of comfortable seating areas, making it feel very exclusive and peaceful.

The rooms were nice overall. The only downside was that even after turning off the AC, there was still some noticeable electrical or fan noise, so earplugs were helpful. Since the room is under the roof, it felt slightly dark at times.

A nice touch was the daily preparation of healthy snacks — nuts, coconut water, healthy soft drinks, and tasty tea. The hotel is located in a quiet, clean, and very walkable area, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The 18:00 complimentary cocktail hour was fantastic — perfect for watching the sunset during golden hour before heading out in the evening.

The only thing missing in the Club Lounge during the daytime was more snack options. It could be improved with something simple like fridge sandwiches or small bites to grab with a coffee.

The breakfast buffet was relatively small but had plenty of choice — nothing really felt missing, and it was not crowded. We tried breakfast once in the Club Room as well, but we preferred the main buffet downstairs. The Club Room breakfast was smaller but included some upgraded items. It was a bit odd, though, that there was no cheese platter available in the Club Room breakfast.

Overall, a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Chambre club vraiment un plus ! Piscine immense , bien d’un peu froide en cette saison .
Les apéros open bar de 18 à 20h .

Clubetage empfehlenswert
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Clubzimmer und haben die Vorteile genossen. Insbesondere der viel ruhigere, entspannte und schönere Poolbereich war toll. Das Frühstück auf der Clubetage hat alles geboten, was wir wollten und war super organisiert. Auch die Häppchen am Abend waren ansprechend. Insgesamt lohnt sich die Clubetage unserer Meinung nach, wenn man etwas privater und ruhiger wohnen möchte. Man fühlte sich hier nicht wie in einem riesigen Hotel.
Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

A bit disappointed
Pros:

It was in a great location.The hotel was contemporary

Cons:

We couldn’t use the roof top infinity pool with our room price.The other pools were small and shady and the water was cold.
We also had no hot water when we arrived after a long flight and they said they would look in to it.That night we were kept awake by a faulty air conditioner making a buzzing noise.We moved room but didn’t get an upgrade.
They did give us a free breakfast instead.

Pros:

The room and the hotel are lovely. The breakfast was very good. The Coffee shop in the hotel is amazing. Lots of food places nearby. The pool area was very relaxing.

Very good hotel, unfortunately wifi extremely slow.
Pros:

Overall pleasant and peaceful stay.

Cons:

Exceptionally SLOW wifi. My app clocks it at 7Mbps download speed, the last time I experienced this snail pace wifi was on a cruise ship in the middle of Atlantic Ocean. Almost all other hotels in Asia that I stayed in the last 2 to 3 years has wifi download speed of around 200 Mbps.
