Location and good hospitality

The club room was good with nice view to the China town. Excellent location of the hotel. Nice pool on the club level. Great Italian Restaurant on the top floor.

Location is great, it’s close to restaurants and I particularly like the local hawker center and shops nearby. It’s just across the road from MRT which makes it very accessible.

The staff were friendly, attentive and generous with their time and travel recommendations. The room was comfortable and relaxing areas of the hotel to unwind were perfect. The food was lovely and nearby restaurants were not far from hotel

Having stayed here twice before, Oasia Downtown used to be the best kept secret in Singapore. Sadly it seems Management are changing policies and cutting back on staff services which have removed much of the personalised charm it once had. For a hotel at this price point, those changes make a difference.

The property is located opposite exit A of Tanjong Pagar MRT station, which is on the same line as Changi airport, meaning you can easily take the train here during most hours of the day.

The building itself is incredible, with a living wall of plants growing from base to top. Rooms are not large, but so well laid out that they feel just right. Super comfortable beds and pillows with crisp, quality linens and superior soundproofing make it easy to have a good night sleep. The room safe is large enough to store regular sized laptops and other items, which is always a plus. Electric sockets are universal, so you can plug in without any adapter. Wifi is included and follows you everywhere in the building.

Paying extra for the "Club" rooms means daily minibar restocking of wellness drinks and coffee pods for the in room machine. It also means access to the "Club Floor" on level 21 with it's own infinity pool and Club Lounge that hosts a smaller scale breakfast, snacks and drinks throughout the day, then "happy hour" cocktails and hot nibbles from 6 to 8 pm.

There is also the option of a larger buffet breakfast in the ground floor restaurant.

An ideal location, delicious food, good facilities etc.
Was able to work remotely under good conditions.

Pool superb on 21st floor

The employees were very helpful and great in hospitality. They've even told us in advance that their hotel serving non-halal foods and drinks. Location was very near to my office building.

Good, central location. Clean and quiet room. Lucas Noel at the concierge gave helpful recommendations for food and neighborhoods to visit. When I fell under the weather at the end of my stay, Lucas brought me tea, fruits, and a cold towel. Guest services was helpful and responsive, and extended my checkout time by four hours so I could get more rest before going to the airport. Would highly recommend
