Great place to stay with excellent service.
Pros:

We like the relative newness of the building, and it’s designed which includes large open air spaces halfway up the building with a lot of greenery. The pools are beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable and quiet. It happens to be a two minute walk to a train station which is a direct line at the airport, and the total trip to it from the airport is about 50 minutes and five dollars, which makes it preferable to a Taxi. The customer service team was great in particular Bryan. Our room was called a junior suite and had some views over the city and towards the harbour. That location is closer to the business district, however there are food markets five minutes away and a good selection of places to eat.

Cons:

We would have preferred the same room that we had, but with the option of twin beds.

The room for the price was very small and outdated. No hooks for your towels anywhere in the bathroom.

Cons:

Couldn’t check in even when we arrived after 5pm because the room was not ready. Also, didn’t note the request given at time of booking to have separate beds for mother and son.

very relaxing
Pros:

Exceptionally good service. The staff—especially Tinh—were very friendly and helpful. We stayed as a family with a baby and were allowed to stay in the apartment until our airport transfer on the day of departure. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner ne m’a pas plus. J’ai trouvé cela cher comparé à la qualité des produits servis. Un jus d’orange pressé par exemple serait apprécié et les machines à café ne servent pas du bon café.

Relaxing and made Singapore easy!
Pros:

It was a haven in the middle of the city, it felt so peaceful.

Cons:

Changing lifts to get to your room is a little annoying but not terrible.
We felt that the staff were sad, like they’d been told not to interact with guests or they shouldn’t be ‘seen’. We had one incredibly lovely lady that worked evening in the club lounge, she was kind and fun. I enjoy engaging with people, it helps me get local information where I’m staying, that didnt happen.
There was clearly a water issue in the hotel with the breakfast bar in the lobby surrounded with towels. Water pressure was ok.
