Ziyobaxsh Hotel

Great location right in Old Bukara at a major pedestrian point with access to many places. In midst of shopping area, Staff really worked to make stay good.

Die Matze war sehr hart. Es war absolut nicht sauber. Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut.

Very well located and very close to all places you need to see.
Towels need to be renovated and some facilities should be upgraded, otherwise everything is fine.
Very helpful the guy at the reception.

Hotel is not in a good condition. Room was dark, not refurbished, very old feeling and bathroom was old. Light bulbs missing in room and courtyard. Reception area was always dark, there didn't seem to be anyone around.
It just felt a bit run down, definitely 2-star, no more.
Staff were very nice.
Location is excellent. Only a few minutes walk from all the main attractions

バザールのタキの建物から歩いて2、3分のところにあります。観光にも買い物にもとても便利な場所にあります。スタッフはみんな親切で、朝食は目玉焼きの他、ナンやヨーグルト、チーズに果物があり美味しかったです。空港までも、タクシーで10分ほどで行けました。

El hotel está muy bien situado , pero el aire acondicionado estaba roto y en tres noches que hemos estado no han solucionado el problema, no se podía dormir

I stayed 2 nights at Ziyobaxsh Hotel in Feb 2024. Ziyobaxsh Hotel is a great hotel in Tashkent. Rooms are big, nice and clean. Ziyobaxsh Hotel is in Central Location. It is in the middle of Old Town. Within easy walking distance to almost every historic attractions of Bukhara. Great place to stay. I strongly recommend Ziyobaxsh Hotel for visitors to Bukhara.

I liked the location near tourist sites in the old city.
The single airconditioner in the large 4 person room 15 was not powerful enough to cool the whole room, double the size of most other rooms.

Super location, mitten im historischen Kern, auch das Hotel hat sehr schöne historische und Traditionelle Details, Frühstück war lecker. Der Host sprach leider kein Englisch, aber war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

エクスペディア支払いでホテルに払わなくていいと勘違いしていた。しかし本当は現地支払いだった。予約メール確認して私のまちがいにすぐ気がついた。その間のやり取りでフロントマン（オーナー?）は結構な上から目線で話してきた。翌朝銀行両替してホテル出るまで気分が悪かった。

Очень хороший выбор. Небольшой, по-видимому, семейный отель. Все сервисы - по минимуму, но есть очень много всего. Отменные завтраки, хоть и не шведский стол, а для всех всё одинаковое. Изумительный район Бухары - самый исторический центр. За номер можно на месте платить картой VISA, везти местную наличку необязательно. Чего не хватает: очень слабый интернет (но это реально поправит хозяевам), отсутствие тапок в номерах. Отличное соотношение цены и качества. Очень рекомендую для пребывания на 1-3 дня.

We spend two nights in this hotel. It is not luxurious but clean and cosy. Breakfast is good and there are plenty of good places around to have dinner in Bahouddin Naqshbandi street, and it is walking distance to all tourist sites, and you have the Asia hotel in front with a swiming pool that you may use paying a small fee. But what makes the difference in this hotel is his manager Aziz and his assistant, very gentle and who will get anything you ask if it is possible. Aziz took us around his city to show us the not so touristic but picturesque places in the center, gave us directions to visit other places and got us taxis to travel to Khiva. We strongly recommend it.

We were in Bukhara a few days ago, and it was cold and windy and we were having zero luck finding a place to change money, so we were looking for a restaurant where we could use a credit card. We went into Hotel Ziyobaxsh, and were told their restaurant did not take credit cards. But then Aziz asked us what we were hoping to do, and when he found out we just wanted/needed to change money, he personally walked us to another hotel (Hotel Asia) and took us to the place where they change money 24/7. He waited for our transaction to complete, then personally walked us to a nearby restaurant that he said was very good. He didn't need to do any of this, let alone all of it. If he is this friendly and helpful to guests not even staying at the hotel, I can only assume that guests at the hotel have great service as well.

The owner/manager of the hotel is realy helpfull. He shows you places to go/eat, and calls taxi's, etc if you need one.
We had a very large room, with a nice view. Everything is clean.
When we were there, there was a buffet breakfast. Im not sure if this is always the case, or if it was because of the tourgroup that was staying there.

The Staff were all very friendly,and would always check you had everything you needed,Very Nice Location walking distance to everywhere .(Not Expensive too)✅

Nice clean hotel. Friendly owner. Very centrally located. Was warm enough in the winter. The owner was extremely helpful in telling us about the town and helping us plan. There is wifi. It's enough to read text/email, but don't expect to watch video or download podcasts with reliability. Breakfast was only OK, nothing special.

My friends and I stumbled upon this hotel while trying to find another and I couldn't have been happier that we chose to stay! The hotel manager Aziz is incredibly helpful. He showed us where to exchange our currency, suggested a great place to eat around the corner, and was all around good company and great conversation. He takes pride in his job and it showed with his concern and care for us as guests. The rooms are clean, comfy, and spacious. The room came with A/C which was incredibly rewarding to turn on at the end of the day. The hotel is within 5-10 minutes walking distance to popular markets, mosques, and many attractions in Bukhara. I ended up staying at the hotel for 5 days and would be more than happy to return.

This hotel lies in the hart of the historic centre. All the sites are within walking distance. We had great vistas from our room. The rooms are basic but spacious, clean and most important a comfy bed. The manager Aziz was extremely helpful and nice. We even visited a soccer game together with him in the stadium of FC Bukhara (2-0). We loved it and even extended our stay.

Great hotel to stay in Bukhara.
We think this is the best place to have holidays in Uzbekistan. New place to discover.
The man from the hotel was amazing - he helped us and show the whole city.
We recommend that place for sure.
