The bar and extra bar folks are truly great and kind. The food is also excellent.
I was "suggested" to leave my room for one night for some obscure reason ("we have a booking problem and we would really appreciate if you could free your room for the night of Saturday/Sunday"). This didn't happen but this left me a strange aftertaste as I booked my room 6 months before my stay.
Small hotel but the feeling of family. Food was delicious. Staff were fantastic. So happy we found this place!
Frontdesk staff under suffiency as all questions are to be responded by superiors, so basically not their fault but company policy.
I could however generlize "not looking customers in the eye" wherever youa approach them and whichever hotel I select which is something the industry should look into trainingwise
The above and the extremely loud music from the nextdoor hotel, whichever it was, playing the exacy same playlist every freaking night.
Balcony alone reading was a nightmare when Amour also had live music (same songs often with different timings)

The food was amazing and the staff. But there weren’t any common areas. For you to sit. After meals if you don’t want to go to bed. Every thing close off at 11pm. And then they want you to go to bed. The area is nice. People are nice. Just love turkey

Leider habe ich vor der Anreise nur auf die Bilder geschaut und festgestellt als ich da war das das Meer nicht direkt am Hotel ist, was immer ein nachteil hat.
Das Hotel besitzt über einen kleine Pool im mittleren Bereich des Gebäude,
was leider dazu führt
dass keine Sonne im Bereich des Pool ist.
Es ist wirklich sehr schade, da Tags über alle Gäste vom Hotel zum Meer müssen um Unterhaupt was von der Sonne zu haben.
Die Putzfrauen gehen jeden Tag ins Zimmer, aber so ganz mit der Sauberkeit haben sie es leider nicht.
Zu dem essen muss ich sagen das es wirklich gute türkische Küche ist…. aber leider habe ich am letzten Tag vor meiner Abreise gefrühstückt und am Stand von der Pool Bar ein gözleme gegessen, wonach ich 3 Tage eine schlimme Lebensmittel Vergiftung hatte.
Otel temizlik açısından çok iyi, misafir hizmetleri gayet iyi, personel ilgili, mutfak yani yemekler lezzetli, tabi ki bir resort UHD kadar çok çeşitli yemek beklememek lazım ama mevcut haliyle de yeterli. Servis personeli gayet ilgili.
Sadece odadaki banyo havalandırmasına ait aspiratör çok gürültülü çalışıyordu. Deniz sıfır değil ama her 30 dakikada bir otel müşterileri için ayrılmış plaj alanına ücretsiz müşteri servisi var.
