J’avais effectué une réservation confirmée pour une chambre single via Booking. Pourtant, à mon arrivée, la réception m’a informé qu’il n’y avait plus de chambres disponibles pour une personne.
Je trouve cette situation inacceptable, surtout avec une réservation validée à l’avance. Cela montre un sérieux manque d’organisation et de respect envers les clients.
Je vous déconseille cet hôtel si vous voulez éviter ce type de désagrément.

Great location close to Casa Voyageurs Train Station (8min walk) , simple and cosy with comfortable bed and good water pressure, comfortable enough for a night stay while deciding on your onward journey
