The fact that i have a reservation , once i came to the hotel to check in i was told that it was full
The best thing about this hotel is that it is only a 10 minutes walk to Casa Voyageurs train station. We arrived at Casablanca in the evening, tried without success to check into the apartment we had originally booked on booking.com (booking.com was not helpful at all). We found out we were scammed from some nice residents in the apartment building after being kept outside on the street for 3 hours. We checked into this hotel close to midnight. We were grateful that it had a room for the three of us with our own private bath. The hotel has seen its best days with some tired decos and fittings but it is generally clean and tidy. Staff are helpful and friendly.
The room has no air-conditioning (my oversight due to last minute booking). Booking.com was not helpful at all
