Das Hotel hat einen tollen Standort. Der Pool ist toll. Die Zimmer, vor allem die Badezimmer müssen saniert werden.
Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel. War vor 15 Jahren schon in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist perfekt.

Cons:

Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss sind eine Zumutung. Das Badezimmer, vor allem die Duschen sind unzumutbar. Müssen kernsaniert werden.

Extremely varied breakfast!! Coffee machine, juices, toast (can be toasted freshly), bread, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, veggies/salad, fresh fruits, yoghurt (even soy milk), nuts +dried fruit, 4 types of cake, fresh croissants

Schöne Lage mit Pool aber Zimmer eine Zumutung

Cons:

Die Dusche bzw. Bad war nicht aktzeptabel
Diese Zimmer dürften normalerweise nicht vergeben werden

Cons:

Est-ce que parce que nous sommes client booking que nous avons eu cette chambre ? L'hôtel n'était pas complet et nous avons eu droit à une chambre handicapé ? La douche était vieille et débordait. Des cheveux remontaient. Le WC....une horreur ! Pour aller aux toilettes, on avait les pieds dans la vidange de la douche. Nous avions les pieds trempés. Le petit déjeuner horrible. Le café americano, du café soluble ! À l'accueil, aucun effort pour que l'on comprenne. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Whoever rated this Hotel 4 stars needs to get another job. Definitely NOT 4 stars

The bed was ok that’s about it!

So disappointing, definitely NOT a 4 star hotel.

Room is too small for our 2 suitcases to be stored easily, decor is very dated, knob is missing on bedside cabinet, only one pillow per person, no tea / coffee making facilities although a kettle was provided for a €10 security deposit- who’d want to steal it? and they charged us for a tiny cup of milk!
Wifi is really bad, cannot get the adapter to charge our phones to fit into the sockets, had to use the adaptor they provided with the kettle, measly toiletries in plastic sachets, shower head cannot be adjusted and looks ancient, shower cubicle is tiny. Breakfast was average at best. Pool looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while.
We’d accept all of this if the hotel was a 1, 2 or 3 star hotel, but not acceptable for a 4 star hotel!!!
The hotel is further out of the town than indicated on the map, which is ok going into the town as it’s downhill, but returning is demanding.
As this is the only town to stay in in order to get the ferry I really wouldn’t bother spending more than one night, and then only stay in this hotel if it’s had a major re-vamp.
The person on reception is nice enough.

Husband had to work downstairs due to room being so small, and said that lots of the power points did not work for him to be able to use his lapttop, the tv was blaring loud music at the only place he could sit and work and when he asked staff to turn it down / off they said it has to be on for the music! …… there was no-one else there apart from staff to “enjoy” the music! Luckily he had his noise canceling headphones!😤😤
