Отличные апартаменты в самом центре
Pros:

Шикарные апартаменты в самом центре Стамбула! Очень просторно, чисто, по-домашнему уютно и всё сделано со вкусом. Нам оказали высокий уровень сервиса с vip такси из аэропорта. Отдельное спасибо Reza за помощь в разных вопросах и душевное гостеприимство.

Buena ubicación y trato, pero ruidoso y con servicios básicos.

La ubicacion es genial, la habitación grande y el personal muy amable.

Cons:

El desayuno no es en el hotel es en un bar que esta en frente, empieza tarde a partir de las 9,30h y muy basico, no hay ascensor y una escalera empinada, la habitacion que nos toco que da a la calle principal parece que tienes una discoteca dentro de la habitación y la limpieza muy basica solo estirar las sabanas.

- Convenient location: The property is located along a shopping street and is close to Galata Tower, Galata Port, and many shops and restaurants. It’s also within walking distance to the tram.
- Nice interior design: The studio feels cozy and home-like, with thoughtful details such as wine glasses, wall pictures, and a carpet, which made the stay more comfortable.
- Cleanliness: The room was clean and maintained to a standard you would expect from a serviced stay.

Cons:

- Check-in instructions could be clearer: The reception is on the second floor, and the entrance door requires a key code. I wasn’t provided the code before arrival, and I couldn’t get a timely response through Booking.com messaging. A staff member from a nearby building helped contact reception so I could enter. I also didn’t see this information clearly stated in the hotel listing. It would be helpful if the property sent key access details in advance.
- No elevator inside the building: My room was on the fourth floor, and the staircase is narrow. Staff helped with luggage, but guests with heavy bags should be aware. Also, the property is located uphill, so reaching it on foot can be tiring unless using the cable car.
- Air conditioning issue: The AC didn’t work during my stay and wasn’t fixed over three days. It didn’t impact me much due to the weather, but it may be an issue during hotter periods.

Staff were not helpful and when you need anything it feels like it's heavy on them, and they eventually let you do it yourself!, Instead of them doing it and help you, also the attitude of the guy at the reception good be better, I almost felt unwelcomed there, also there’s noises and party everyday from the nearby club, until 3 AM, plus the noise from the street,

Die Beschreibung auf booking und das was man in der Realität vorfindet, stimmen nicht überein. Standard Studio:
30 qm stimmt nicht. Es sind 26 qm.
Eigene Küche: Auf dem Foto auf booking.com sieht man einen Wasserkocher, Teller, Gläser, eine Kapselkaffeemaschine, einen Köcher mit Küchenwerkzeug. Das existiert so nicht. Siehe Foto. Im Kästchen darunter liegt eine Kochplatte, aber es gibt weder einen Topf, noch eine Pfanne, noch Werkzeug ...
Es gibt keine Minibar. Neben dem Fernseher standen 3 kleine Wasserflaschen, die nicht original verschlossen waren.
Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Es war eiskalt im Zimmer. Es wurde die Reparatur der Klimaanlage für den darauffolgenden Tag zugesagt. Das ist nicht passiert, wurde aber auch nicht kommuniziert. Als wir darauf hinwiesen, wurde uns gesagt, das würde am nächsten Tag geschehen.
Beschreibung "In Ihrer eigenen Küche": Reinigungsmittel, Hochstuhl, Kaffeemaschine, Küchenutensilien, Toaster: nicht vorhanden. Kühlschrank: zentimeterdick vereist.
Schimmel in der Dusche, Handtücher alt, ausgefranst, abgenutzt. Statt Holz- oder Parkettboden: abgewohnter Laminatboden. Kein Schreibtisch. Desolate Einrichtung. Aussicht: Siehe Fotos. Keine 24-Stunden-Rezeption.
Nachts ist es sehr laut. Die Reaktion auf unsere mündliche Reklamation war ungehalten, auf die schriftlichen Beanstandungen wurde nicht reagiert, ebenso nicht auf unser Ersuchen um Rückerstattung, weil wir aufgrund der Zustände vorzeitig ausgecheckt haben.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The location couldn’t have been better — everything was within walking distance. It made exploring the heart of Istanbul so easy and enjoyable.

Pros:

Die Lage ist wunderschön, auch wenn es draußen natürlich viel los ist und dadurch etwas laut werden kann. Ich fand es jedoch nicht störend. Istanbul ist eine lebendige, impulsive Stadt, und wir waren mittendrin – genau das habe ich sehr genossen.
Die Appartements sind modern ausgestattet, und mir gefiel besonders, wie Altes und Modernes harmonisch kombiniert wurden. An der Rezeption war Reza und er war sehr hilfsbereit und kümmerte sich hervorragend um uns. Bei Fragen oder wenn wir Unterstützung benötigten, war er immer für uns da.

Pros:

The apartment was a great disappointment.

Cons:

The shower cubicle was in the middle of the bedroom. The layout of the room was disorganised and uncomfortable. The window was over a dirty ally with little to no light. The apartment breached many European building control regulations; eg, toilet, shower and kitchen were unheigenic. The worst experience was having no access to the property on the night we arrived until a resident let us in and contacted the property manager. There were no staff at reception. The manager messaged that he would meet us in the morning but by 9.30am there was nobody at the reception desk. My wife and I left to find alternative accomodation.

I will be seeking a refund.
