Pros:

Отель находится на пешеходной улице Истикляль. Всегда драйв и интересно (у нас номер выходил на эту улицу - мы так и заказывали). Улица шумная, до 1 - 2 ночи шумит. Для нас не было проблемой. Очень экзотически устроен ванный отсек - прямо в комнате, отгорожен занавеской. Многих может смущать. Это не отдельная комнатка, как мы привыкли, а просто кабина прямо напротив кровати. Завтраки однотипные, но очень сытные. Кафе, где завтраки, напротив отеля, только нужно пересечь улицу..

Cons:

В отеле нет лифта, только крутая винтовая лестница. Тащить чемодан наверх, ну я бы сказала, тот ещё квест. Нам, правда помог Риза, ресепсионист. Спасибо ему огромное. Нас 2 пожилых женщины. Ещё минус - мы заказывали 2 отдельные кровати. Поднялись, в номере одна большая кровать и почему-то тот же Риза сказал, что надо ждать до завтра, чтобы их развинули. Мы сделали это самое, он только принёс второй комплект белья. Ну оооочень странно, что не мог он сделать или приготовить нам номер, который нам подтвердили с 2 отдельными кроватями. Считаем это минус отеля!

Pros:

Perfect location, we were on the most iconic street of Istanbul. Reza was extremely helpful, he helped us with luggage, he walked us to our transfer, he was helping us with everything we asked.

The only problem that you could experience is absence of elevator

Que el desayuno era en un local frente al edificio y con mal horario.

This is my second time staying here.

The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean, and the location is very convenient. It does get quite noisy at night, but we knew what to expect, so it wasn’t an issue for us.

No lift, lugged luggage 4 floor on a very narrow stair.
Penthouse is two different rooms connected with door not staying open.

This hotel is in one of the best locations in Istanbul. The lively atmosphere of Istiklal Street, with its excellent restaurants, cafés, and shops just a few steps away, made our stay truly enjoyable and unforgettable. Everything we needed was within easy walking distance.

A special thank you to the hotel management and the wonderful staff, especially Mr. Reza, for their warm hospitality, professionalism, and exceptional service. The hotel was always spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. We have stayed here several times over the years, and every visit has been a great experience.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect location, excellent service, and a memorable stay in Istanbul.

Отвратительно и непонятно почему списали деньги, не отменили бронирование а сделали странную замену на ужасный номер…

Ничего, так как нас поселили совершенно в другой отель

Cons:

Заехать в отель мы не смогли, нас поселили в какой то подворотне, естественно без балкона с выходом на улицу Истикляль. Окна в номере были матовые и совершенно ничего из них не видно (ну там и смотреть нечего было - вид на грязный двор)

Cons:

This property is operating illegally. Police came and close it after we checked in. We hastily had to find other accommodation and had to take just whatever was available. It wasted a day of our precious time. The propery and booking.com is not accepting any responsibility and for everyone its just business as usual. NO NO NO!

位置极佳。

Cons:

1、我们入住的并非原来预定的房间，虽然只相隔几步，但房东完全没有提前告诉我，到了才直接把我们领到另外一个地方，说是更大更好。确实原来我们订的是一居室，现在是二居室，位置相差也不远，但至少得让我有选择的权利吧。2、房间里没有厕所用纸、厨房用纸，一切纸都没有，房东说要送来，但一直到我们退房也没见踪影。没有WiFi。空调有一个用不了，还有一个在运转但基本不制冷，热得我们难受。

Nothing the building was very dark, room wasn't clean

Cons:

.Absolutely worst. I arrived and the room booked and paid I did not receive. Next morning the police raided the building and evacuated all guests leaving us stranded. It appeared that the staff ran away when police arrived
