Bad.
Pros:

Nothing. It was dirty. Our room keys stopped working. We got locked out of our room. The breakfast was awful.

Service. Parking is not enough. We arrive at 11:00 PM, there is no room to park. There is no light in the bathroom, no light on the night table. I asked to repair this situation and staff said we can’t do it anything to solve this situation. Breakfast without protein. 😩😩😩😩😩

I didn't like the hotel, smelled in room dirty carpet stained sheet covers not bathroom and everything dated. It wasn't what I was expecting at all didn't stay one night.

It was horrible
Pros:

The property was filthy. They told us they had TWO king rooms available and we ended up having to have one with 2 queens. Rooms smelled like smoke. And NO water for guests. Was told to go across the street to another hotel to get water!!!! There was nothing we liked

Pleasant!
Pros:

It was cute and in a great location, really close to downtown, next door to the grocery store. It was clean, staff were friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast was very scant and coffee terrible… but there many coffee/breakfast places close by.

All in all we are happy with our stay.
Pros:

We stayed feb 6- Feb 8 and the woman at the desk was so kind and friendly. My children and I loved her❤️ she is definitely an asset to have. Great customer service!!!

Cons:

Super easy to navigate. And very affordable
