Underwhelmed
Pros:

The receptionist was very cordial. It was a quiet environment and the receptionist was friendly. The bed and pillows were also good.

Cons:

The carpet in the hallways was visibly dirty and worn. The sink drain was visibly dirty with accumulated scum at the opening of the pipe with no stopper. The tub surface was very slippery with no non-stick strips to prevent falls. The gym was non-functional with old and/or broken equipment. The breakfast was not adequate. The cream did not taste fresh. There was no milk for cereal. The breakfast was minimal. I would not choose to stay there again for the price. They seriously need to replace hallway carpets and update the gym and serve an adequate breakfast.

Exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

Room was clean and room services asked if we needed anything. All staff members were nice and friendly. Lola and Ravi are exceptional and an asset to the team! Breakfast was good. You already know the breakfast design so no surprises. It worked great for my family. Thank you!

Great property and staff . Centrally located at a great rate

Overall, good stay.
Pros:

Accommodating staff. Friendly. Great location, close to the airport. Great value.

Cons:

Water pressure out of the shower head was very low. They need to remove the shower heads and soak them in CLR to revive the pressure.

Pros:

Ok location, bed, air-conditioned.

Cons:

Bathroom lights dimmed. Entrance light way to dim.
Bathroom smelled musky, must be water damage.
Toilet seat out of place, missing nut and bolts.
Window curtain not operating properly.

Dirty and smell like smoke everywhere
Pros:

The location is ok, 10min away of the historical center

Cons:

The carpet is blackened with dirt. As soon as you walk in, the cigarette stench is unbearable. The walls have strange stains, and anything you place anywhere will pick up that smoke smell. This hotel doesn’t deserve more than one star. At least the sheets and towels were clean.

This place is a great value for the location.
Pros:

The location is fabulous for where we needed to be and go. The staff was very kind and helpful!

Cons:

The “breakfast” was not so desirable. There were few choices and the coffee was not tasty.
