Esqueci meu travesseiro no quarto e quando voltei para buscar , tinha sumido ! O primeiro quarto que me forneceram fedia podre ! Depois exigi a troca e ficou tudo bem

I can't think of anything

The hotel was honestly disgusting. The entire room smelled heavily like cigarettes even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The walls had random stains all over them, the floor was extremely dirty, and there were spots and drops everywhere. My child walked barefoot for just a few minutes and their feet turned black.

The bedding also had visible stains, which made the whole room feel very unsanitary. On top of that, the soundproofing was terrible — we could hear everything happening in the rooms around and above us all night.

The breakfast could be a little better but it was ok

I think the reviews of this place are hacked... first of all there's no pool despite the pictures featured. The building smells and there are outright filthy spots (there was spilled tea on a coffee table in the lounge for the 2 days we were there). Breakfast wasn't available at the posted time and the most basic you can imagine (waffles, but even that was too watery in consistency) - everything kept running out and no one cared. Most of the time there was no one in the reception area no matter what you tried to accomplish. Any issue you raise staff will make faces at you. Even wifi is glitchy

Has a bad odor down the hallways and in the rooms. It even smelled bad outside the hotel.

When we arrive there we were told they did not have the rooms that we booked we got it sorted out but had to pay a $26 fee to check in a little early our TV remote in our room did not work there was boogers on the wall the hot water took hours to warm up for showers we have no proof but we're pretty sure they came into our room and went through our stuff a man continuously tried to get into our room at night luckily the door lock worked otherwise who knows what would have happened the bathroom was nasty the staff were also nasty the lady at the desk we could smell her pits from the other side of the counter would not recommend this place especially if you are a female traveling alone

Hotel needed a little update.Breakfast was very disappointing.
