Pros:

キングサイズで予約したのに、ダブルベッドにされました。予約画面を印刷した紙を見せたらHotels.comが間違いと言われましたが、部屋の変更どころか返金もないし、詐欺ですね。しかも直接予約したら1泊あたり3000円安くなると言われました。何のための予約サイト？さらに、床は髪の毛など落ちていて不衛生で、ベッドメイキングではシーツは滞在中ずっと取り替えず毎日同じシーツで畳むだけ。4つ星は嘘です。異国でトラブルになりたくないので、それ以上の抗議はせずに泣き寝入り。インターナショナルホテルとは名ばかりで、英語もろくに通じない。チェックインの時にデポジットで一度預けたクレジットカードの不正利用がないか今はそれが一番心配です。大事な事なのでもう一度言います。このホテルは詐欺だと思います。

Pros:

the air conditioning in the room is the worst I ever met. Set a 19 degree temperature and can't feel any coolness in the room.
