Overall, the hotel feels worn out and seems like it has already seen its best years.
Pros:

The main positives of the hotel were definitely the location and the view. The surroundings were beautiful and the scenery really made the stay more enjoyable.

Cons:

We stayed for one night and paid around €150 including dinner and breakfast, however both meals were average to below average and did not meet our expectations.

I was also very surprised that slippers were not included in the room and had to be purchased separately, which is something I would normally expect at this price level.

Another disappointing moment was at reception, where we were directed to the elevator through the outside route even though there was an indoor way available.

Almost perfect, but the sauna only without swimsuit
Pros:

Modern hotel on a nice silent spot. Clean room, delicious food, and friendly staff. Good wellness with two pools.

Cons:

We would like to use a sauna, but here is allowed without a swimsuit only. Double check witch room has air conditioner as not all of them.

Veľmi príjemný hotel, v krásnom prostredí a úžasným výhľadom. Výborná strava a celkom pestrý výber. Čistota izieb a spoločných priestorov bola vo všeobecnosti veľmi dobrá. Pekný wellness a príjemná miestnosť s biliardom a stolným futbalom. Veľmi príjemný personál na recepcií a pán v lobby bare.

Cons:

V izbe sme si našli hneď pri príchode nevyhodenú špinavú handru po upratovaní. Pri dennom upratovaní izby nám časť personálu doplnila všetko potrebné do kúpeľne, časť nie. Balkón s oknami mohli byť trošku čistejšie. Odporučila by som zvážiť v prípade 4* hotela kúpu malého kapsulového kávovaru do izieb (namiesto instantnej kávy).

veľmi dobrá reštaurácia, masáže, starostlivosť recepcie, výhľad z okien na Tatry , upravenosť prostredia za hotelom

na izbe chýbala ponuka fľaše s pitnou vodou, nakoľko z kohútika tiekla len teplá alebo mierne teplá voda,papuče na masáž si bolo treba kúpiť na recepcii, mali by byť na izbách
