Pros:

Mâncarea bună, hotelul frumos, curat, paturi confortabile, atmosferă plăcută, locație foarte convenabilă pentru schi, aproape de părtii, peisaj pitoresc, prețuri foarte bune.

Overall a good hotel with everything you need.

Cons:

We had a room with living room included which during the day when the sun was shining was way too hot inside the room you could barely stay inside.
The entrance doors from the room were very poor quality so you heard everything what was going on on the corridor.
They have only one elevator and if you stay at the upper floors you have to wait pretty much when breakfast or dinner is served.
Food is average not bad not good.

Jól éreztük magunkat.
Pros:

Bőséges reggeli, gyönyörü környezet. Jó wellness. Tisztaság. A felszolgálók, recepció sok kedvesek.

Cons:

Ha nem az elején megyünk vacsorázni, több étel, gyümölcs, sütemény elfogyott és nem pótolják. A reggelikicsitegysíkú egysíkú, 4 nap alatt meguntuk.

Obiekt wysokiej klasy

Dostaliśmy tylko jeden klucz i jeden
Pilot na 7 osób i dwa samochody , to jest bardzo duża wada, dodatkowo kompletny brak chęci pomocy ze strony recepcji, Pani bardzo niemiła !!!!

Fajn pobyt ve Vysokých Tatrách
Pros:

Velice dobré jídlo, výborný personál na baru, ochotný, šikovný. Velice dobrá obsluha v restauraci. Thajské masáže super.

Cons:

Výtah kapacitně nestačí, pomalý, dlouhé čekání. wellness hezké, ale rodiče si ho pletou se zábavným parkem pro děti. Do sauny a vířivky berou malé děti. Je to nepříjemné z důvody nahoty a křiku. Žádný relax.
