The room was a bit small, and the view from my room was blocked. Apart from these minor issues, I was satisfied with my overall stay.

The location was amazing so was the cleanliness of the hotel. Surprised the see how it was modernised. Staff were amazing but since it was only 1 day I didnt get the chance to see them all.

Everything was excellent - location, staff, hotel, staff. Perfect stay when in Istanbul. Walkable to restaurants, cafes, tourist activities. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel centralissimo e vicino a tanti mezzi e molte attrazioni della città vecchia. Molto comodo x riposare a metà giornata e ripartire x altre escursioni della città. Molto vicino a monumenti e punti di ritrovo x diversi tour. Personale cortese e camera sempre molto pulita. Ottima insonorizzazione. Tanti rumori in una capitale, ma con le finestre chiuse, abbiamo dormito molto bene. Colazione fornita di tutto. Piatti sempre pieni e rifornito. Anche x il dolce avevamo una buona scelta. Apprezzato anche il deposito bagaglio gratuito l'ultimo giorno. Non abbiamo usufruito di sauna e piscina, comunque a pagamento, perché troppo presi dalla visita della città.
Le camere sono un po piccole. Il bagno è comunque spazioso e dotato di tutto, tranne il bidè ovviamente, come nel resto del mondo fuori dell'Italia. Comunque dovendo solo dormire, meglio piccole, pulite e insonorizzate, che grandi e disturbate. Ci siamo un po arrangiati con le valigie e abbiamo trascorso 6 piacevoli notti.

Stanza non grandissima ma essenziale
La disponibilità dello staff alla reception nel risolvere alcuni inconvenienti dovuti alla carenza del personale delle pulizie, un giorno non avevano messo gli asciugamani e un'altro giorno la carta igienica. Ottima la posizione a 100 mt dalla linea del tram T2 e vicino a tantissimi locali oltre che alle principali attrazioni di Sultanhamet.
Buona insonorizzazione tra le camere.
La pulizia non è stata delle migliori, inoltre un giorno si erano dimenticati di mettere gli asciugamani e la carta igienica, risolto subito chiamando la reception, inoltre un paio di notti si è sentito un gran puzzo di fumo di sigaretta, probabile si diffondesse da altre camere dall'impianto di aereazione.

La ubicación era inmejorable, a unos cuantos minutos andando de Santa Sofia y el Palacio Topkapi. Tambien, queriamos destacar la perfecta atencion del personal desde que entras al hotel. Sobre todo, el desayuno. Especial mención a Vural, que nos atendió todos los dias en el desayuno excelentemente, así como el resto de sus compañeros.
