Pros:

Localização era muito boa. Perto do shopping e perto de restaurantes/bares para almoçar e jantar.

Cons:

Meu check-in era 12 dia. Cheguei mais cedo, em torno de 8 horas. Meu quarto já estava disponível porém não deixaram eu entrar até dar 12.
Eles não tinham obrigação de deixar eu entrar mas poderia ter flexibilizado. Para entrar mais cedo queriam que eu pagasse meia diária. Preferi esperar as 4 horas.

Foi boa e adequada
Pros:

O lugar era perto do trabalho e esse era a principal exigência que eu tinha para me hospedar. Assim, ficou tudo certo. Fui bem atendido e facilitou minha vida de trabalho.

Cons:

Existiam coisas quebradas e o chuveiro estava pingando, o que muitas vezes me incomodou.

Cons:

Quartos com infraestrutura ruim;
Primeiro quarto não tinha descarga. Trocaram e no segundo quarto não tinha TV. No terceiro quarto a água do chuveiro era direcionada diretamente para a parede, além de o lavatório estar entupido.
Para completar, informaram que o café seria servido das 7 às 10h. Chegamos ao restaurante por volta de 9:20h e não tinha nada além de um café ralo, com borra.
