O quarto não tem muitos luxos, mas tem todo o essencial para uma boa estadia. O café da manhã foi satisfatório, mas a principal qualidade do hotel é a localização, bem ao lado da Vila Germânica.

Cons:

Os atendentes deixaram um pouco a desejar, especialmente em uma situação específica na qual esqueci minha CNH no quarto e, após contato posterior, não aceitaram enviar o documento pelos correios, mesmo eu pagando o frete.
